One of the bedrooms is in an integral 'gite' with bedroom, shower ,kitchenette and salon with sofa bed, satellite TV, wi fi etc, which can be part of the house or used as 'granny' flat. The house has 2 satellite TVs, large fireplace in main salon and telephone line. Well equipped kitchen and utility.

The Languedoc-Roussillon region

The property is 15kms from the beautiful town of Uzes. Montpellier, Nimes, Avignon all close by. The Gard is a wonderful area of France, with an average of 300 days of sunshine a year. Sitting just where Provence meets the Languedoc, it is historic, and unspoilt.

Uzes

The area is largely laid to vines, with sunflowers and some lavendar interspersed. Brilliant for walking, cycling, kayaking etc.

Uzes has a huge and famous Saturday market.
