Situated opposite Paradise Gardens, Senna Place Paphos is Air Conditioned, and South East facing. The accommodation offers home from home luxury. This first floor, 2 bed apartment sleeps 6 and has hot and cold air conditioning, ceiling fans, open plan lounge, dining with access to the balcony. The master bedroom has en-suite walk in shower, and private direct access to the large balcony overlooking the child friendly communal pool. The second room is a twin bed, with a shower room directly adjacent. Each bedroom has floor to ceiling wardrobes with shelving and hanging space for 6 persons. Senna Place has Euro metered electricity, pay as you go €1 & €2 Euro Coins. Running costs from €2.00 per day.

A dongle works very well in the apartment, and other internet services are provided in a number of locations within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. Private off street parking is available. Nearby is a supermarket and a cafe / takeaway. Please bring your own beach towels.

The Paphos District

There are many more adventures and outdoor fun for the family in this part of Cyprus. These include the Aphrodite water park with fantastic slides and chutes. The Paphos aquarium, Sea World, has a spectacular collection of fish from around the world. There are 4 championship golf courses just a 20 minute drive away.

Other activities include, ten-pin bowling, crazy golf, paint balling, Laser Tagging, horse riding, windsurfing, sky diving, gliding, sailing, scuba diving, snorkelling, para-ascending, jet-skiing, go-karting, banana rides, day cruising, sea fishing trips and water skiing.

A short drive from Senna Place Paphos is the legendary site, Petra Tou Romiou, ( Aphrodite Rock ) where The Goddess of love, beauty and fertility, born on the wave, rose from the sea, and sailed to land on a shell. Further up this wild, dramatic coastline is Lara beach, home to the very rare Loggerhead turtle that lay their eggs in these sands every summer. This area is protected to ensure the safety of the turtle, and is one of the very few places to witness this spectacle.


There are many reasons to choose Paphos as your holiday destination. Situated on the west coast of the island, Paphos was in ancient times the capital of Cyprus. The town is split into two parts : Pano Paphos ( upper Paphos ) and Kato Paphos ( lower Paphos ). The Kato Paphos focal point is the charming fishing harbour by Paphos Fort, lined with tavernas that serve a tempting menu of the day's catch. Order a fish or meat meze with up to 20 different courses, it's great for sampling local delicacies.

Up town Pano Paphos offers souvenir shopping and retail therapy, with the chance to practice your bartering skills at the morning market. There are 6 blue flag beaches in the area, 3 within walking distance of the apartment.

Enjoy stunning scenic walks on the new Coastal Waterside Walkway from the Municipal Beach taking in The Blue Flag Beaches, The Harbour, The Lighthouse, and Faros Beach. The largest blue flag sandy beach in the area is Coral Bay, a short bus ride or a 15 minutes drive from Senna Place, Paphos Cyprus.

Paphos has many historical points of interest, including The Museum, The Tomb Of The Kings where the leading figures of paphos are buried in rock tombs by the sea, The Pillar Of St Paul, The Mosaics Of Paphos and many more famous sites. It's no surprise that Kato Paphos is a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The picturesque harbour, where you can climb to the top of the ancient fort, for views of the Troodos Mountains, is a popular spot for a romantic evening stroll. For a closer look at what the harbour has to offer, jump aboard a glass-bottomed boat for a 2 hour cruise over the Med, where you'll get up close to natural sponges, reefs, and even a shipwreck.

"Paphos ideal holiday destination"

Senna Place Paphos Cyprus
This property is exactly as described very clean spacious and fully equipped with everything one could want. A home from home. Also nicely decorated and furnished. The pool area is also very clean and tidy.

sight seeing in paphos is very easy the bus is very handy and not expensive.

We would definitely stay in this apartment again.

"excellent accommodation-all you need in one place"

The apartment was very well equipped and maintained, the on site manager was helpful when needed. The apartment itself is lovely, clean, bright and well equipped with things like cool bags for day trips. The location was ideal for us, quiet but within a short distance lots of bars and restaurants. The owners were very helpful from beginning to end providing all the information we could wish for. From local bus times to car hire- nothing was too much trouble.

"Great Family Holiday"

We are a family of six,2 adults and 4 children aged 16,12,5 and 3 and we needed accomodation in Paphos for a holiday and to attend a wedding in the area. We saw this property advertised and followed it up with an enquiry. From the time we made the enquiry to the completion of the holiday, the property owners could not have been more helpful. The booking process was simple and straightforward and any questions were answered promptly and comprehensively. The owners also provided plenty of additional information about the Paphos area such as details about buses, restaraunts etc which was very helpful. On arrival at the property we were impressed with its cleanliness and facilities, there was plenty of room for the six of us, more room than we expected with the two bedrooms ideal for Mum and Dad and the older children whilst the two younger childern enjoyed sleeping on the sofa bed which was large enough for bigger people if required. The kitchen was well equiped and had everything we needed, the lounge was a good size with tv/dvd/video and music system and along with the two bedrooms having two bathrooms was very useful. Both bedrooms and the lounge had air conditioning that kept the appartment cool and it was needed as Cyprus was enjoying record temperatures whilst we were there. The shared swimming pool was a good size and ideal for all ages. The complex where the appartnent is was well set out, we had no problems with neighbours or noise and the property seemed to be well sound proofed. The owners of the property use the services of a property manager and she was very helpful and easy to contact. During our holiday we had a slight problem with a shower hose and although it was not an urgent problem she arranged to have the problem sorted quickly. The property was located approximatley 10 minutes from the sea front and restaraunts and a further 5 minutes from the harbour area. Overall we would recommend this property to anyone who wants to holiday in Paphos and we would not hesitate to use it again.

"Pleasant Stay"

The accommodation comprised two bedrooms, lounge, two bathrooms c/w shower and a decent sized balcony at first floor level.
The complex surrounded a clean generously sized swimming pool, all villas were detached two story, well designed and easily accessed.
The first impression was the tranquility, very quiet. The accommodation is situated in a suburban area away from noisy, busy main roads, so you are guaranteed a decent nights sleep..... unless you are selective about mattresses! We arn't used to hard beds although I understand these are to be replaced; that really was the only gripe along with the slightly uncomfortable setee.
There is only one bar in close proximity along with an adjacent general shop.
Our first concern was where the nearest tourist area was located, bars, restaurants etc as you got the impression you could be miles away; this wasn't the case with the busy harbour area and Tombs of the Kings Road a leasurly 15 minutes stroll away.
The owner intends to provide an arrival a map of the accommodation location and the route to the harbour.
All apartment amenities were as described in the owners description with the benefit of terrestial freeview TV and a selection of videos and DVD's.

All in all, better than we anticipated

"Web site did not do enough justice to the apartment"

Everything you would want in an apartment, clean, spacious, well fitted out on a friendly complex.
Within 10 - 15 minutes walk of Kato Pafos sea front and numerous restaurants, bars and the harbour area.
A local bus service (603) runs throughout the day every 30 - 40 minutes, which takes you into the centre of Kato Pafos. A two Euro day ticket allows you to travel all day anywhere you like and on as many bus trips as you like (The best value bus ticket I have found anywhere). Local restaurant (Pambi's) 3 minutes walk is excellent value (beware the large portions of food).

"Everything we needed in the apt, great location, loads to do for all ages - loved it!"

Very well equipped apartment - including helpful extras like cool bags/games/books/DVD's all provided. Quite steep stairs to door (1st floor flat) - not great for anyone with mobility difficulties or poss v. young children/prams. Balcony shaded in the afternoon - really glad of this in mid-August. Arranged use of local mobile phone - a real bonus. Owners really helpful before our trip and delivered everything they promised - felt like we were staying at a friend's place, rather than the usual anonymous holiday-let.
Easy to walk (10-15 mins) into busy centre of Paphos / Harbour when we wanted to, but our small complex nice & quiet away from the crowds. Great pool & surroundings, well maintained. Not many other families with children when we were there. Found plenty to interest us & our children aged between 11-18.
Best tip: check out the local buses - a 2euro day ticket gives you access to most of western Cyprus - beaches, Monasteries, archaeological sites the water-park if you must. If you arrive/leave between 6am & midnight in summer there is a direct bus from/to the airport/harbour every hour for 1euro - bit cheaper than a taxi!
The water-park is good but expensive, make a full day of it to make it worthwhile.
It took us a few days to get used to heat/place - (wouldn't recommend mid Aug for those with v young children) glad we had 2 weeks - well worth making the effort to get out and about. Would happily stay here again.

Thank you for your very informative review. We agree. Travel by an Air conditioned bus, readily accessible, on the Island is recommended. Even the family driver can let the bus take the strain and enjoy the spectacular Views.

"Very good value and location with just the right environment!"

Very good value. The location was great in the fact it's a nice 15 minute walk to harbour etc but far enough away so that it is nice a quiet during the day etc. Family feel to the pool which is nice but not too hectic! A lovely stay and would definitely reccommend it again!

Walking to the harbour, early morning is very refreshing. Witness the local fishing boats landing their catch of the day whilst enjoying your breakfast at an open air harbour cafe.
