Our apartment was completed in June 2007 and is has been available for rent since then. We have had many repeat bookings during this time and hope you enjoy staying at our apartment as much as previous guests have done.
We are located in the quiet residential area known as Universal Gardens and there is a small snack bar (Pambis) and mini market (Ellis Kiosk) only 200-250m away.
We are situated right in front of the swimming pool, perfectly placed for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. We are also only a 15 -20 minute walk or 3 minute drive into the harbour area of Paphos where there are many bars, restaurants and shops.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard with hopefully everything you need to make your stay both enjoyable and comfortable and is ideal for both families and couples alike. The large patio is perfect for eating, drinking, relaxing and enjoying the wonderful Cypriot lifestyle.
There is plenty of car parking on site, however due to the location of the apartment and reliability of local taxis/buses which are easy to find and good value for money a car isn't essential (the walk down to the harbour is mainly flat and the first bar is only a few minutes away).
There is also a bus service which runs throughout the day to the harbour, beach and most other tourist attractions via the Paphos Bus Terminal. The bus stop is approximately 500m from the complex and costs 1.50€ each way or 5€ for a day pass within Paphos. There is a link on our website for the bus timetables etc Our route is the 603.

Communal swimming pool and small children's pool neither of which are supervised. (it is a parent/carers responsibility to supervise their children at all times when using the pool - never leave them unattended even for a few minutes)

The Paphos District
Cyprus and particularly Paphos is an all year round holiday destination enjoying on average 340 days of sunshine each year. Some of the smaller bars and restaurants are only open from Easter through to the end of October, however there are still plenty that remain open throughout the milder months which are November through to March although the temperature rarely drops beneath 15c.
Our favourite bars in Paphos are Zorros Bar and also Flintstones.
Our favourite restaurants are The Alkion, Diana Steakhouse, The Moonlight Snack Bar and Pambi's Diner.
Don't forget that Paphos is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is famous for its mosaics at the harbour and also the Tombs of the Kings which date back to the 4th century BC.
Kato Paphos has a lovely harbour dominated by the Old Fort with many bars and restaurants to sit and relax in.
There are three local 18 hole golf courses all within a 30 minute drive of the apartment:
If mini golf is more your game there is an excellent 18 hole course 3mins drive away and 15 minutes by foot.
There is also a local water park in Paphos www.aphroditewaterpark.com and a local karting circuit which is beside the mini-golf.
Blue flag beaches with watersports facilities within walking distance of the apartment.
The Paphos Bird and Animal Park is a 15 minute drive away and is open 365 days a year www.pafosbirdpark.com

There are also several small wineries in the Paphos area which are only a short drive away and offer free tastings.

"Excellent apartment and get location"
This was a great apartment, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for self catering. A lovely apartment with a short few steps to the pool.
The apartment is in the ideal location, being a 10 minute walk to bars, restaurants etc but nice and quiet away from the crowds.
Would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to go to beutiful Paphos.

"Great Apartment, perfect location!"
We have now booked to return for the third year in a row. We find the apartment has everything you need within it, very well equipped. The pool is always lovely and clean. The location is great for walking to the seafront and also close by is a small shop if you run out of anything.
