My husband and I stayed at this apartment in June, the owner Jan was incredibly helpful prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her whilst we were staying at her apartment. the apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for a very pleasant and comfortable stay and the apartment was nicely decorated. the only negative I can say about this apartment was that there was no blackout curtains or blinds in the bedroom. The beach was about a 25 to 30 min walk in the hot sun, a little further away from the beach than I would have liked but no great problem as we had a hire car so we drove to the beach and parked n a car park right next to the beach. The balcony at the apartment was fantastic, my husband and I would sit out on the balcony each evening with drinks and read, it was so quiet and tranquil. There were a party of holiday makers in an apartment across the road from this one who were incredibly noisy for the first night they were there but on the second night the management company must have visited them as they suddenly quietened don and all was back to being ok again. I would advise avoiding the harbour area for eating as it is very commercialised, I would suggest finding some of the back street restaurants as we found some amazing places to eat that served up the most amazing food. I also cooked at the apartment a couple of times and we had all the equipment needed to cook a proper meal.
Many thanks Hayley for your kind words and contents noted judy

"Great modern apartment, very helpful host and overall excellent holiday!!"
Spent just over a week here with my girlfriend in September 2011. The accommodation was ideal and just like the photos, which is always a bonus! The air con was really good and very easy to work! The kitchen was great and is equipped with everything you need if you want to eat in a couple of nights like we did. The complex was nice and quiet and the pools were great. The nearby shop was very handy too. We arrived at night and, like others have mentioned, a torch is definitely required if you arrive later on due to the lack of lighting on the street. It is an easy walk of about 20/25 minutes to the sea front where there are loads of great bars, restaurants, shops and then the harbour where buses run frequently to pretty much everywhere you need to go, like Coral Bay beach (the buses are very cheap too!). So a car isn't necessary at all. The walk was always a pleasant way to start and end the day! We would recommend booking a taxi to the apartment and not a resort hoppa transfer (or equivalent). They didn't really know where it was, which wasn't ideal!! But the local taxi drivers seemed to know where it was easy enough, so I think a taxi is the best bet and its not that much either. We would definitely recommend this apartment to any couple looking to visit Cyprus and would certainly stay again in the future! Paphos is a great place to spend a holiday. Judy was extremely helpful throughout and did everything she could to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Thanks for a great holiday!

"apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable"
We stayed for 2 weeks in April 2012.As Judy says,a torch is handy if you arrive when it is dark.We found the apartment to be very clean and comfortable with everything you need if you like to prepare your own meals and stay in inthe evening.(silly thing I know, but what made me look twice at the apartment was that there were cushions on the sofas-made it look more welcoming) The complex is very well looked after and within easy reach of both ends of the sea front and the old town. I would suggest that if you go near the harbour you do any shopping for food in the supermarket opposite Debenhams as the local kiosks are mostly expensive with limited varieties. We will certainly recommend the apartment to friends and if we return to Cyprus we will look to see if it has a vacancy when we want to go.

"Lovely apartment, fabulous holiday!"
We staying in Judy's apartment for 11 nights and had a fanastic holiday, it was perfect. The apartment is gorgeous, very modern, very well equipped. The apartment is set in a lovely quiet location, close to a couple of shops. We hired a car which was great, secure parking right next to the apartment. The pools and grounds of the apartments are brilliant, every day we have a choice of several lovely, very clean pools to ourselves. I cannot recommend this apartment enough, you will not be disappointed! (and the owner is lovely and very helpful to!)

"10 out of 10! Great Apartment"
I stayed here for 2 weeks last summer with my boyfriend and i absolutely loved the apartment. It was very clean and in a great area. Granted the tv didnt show many channels in English but there's loads to do in the area so its not a big deal. The dvd player didnt work for us but it may work with region 1 discs, im not sure. Bed was very comfortable, air con was amazing and the kitchen has everything you'll need. It was quite difficult to find as the block isnt sign posted very well and we arrived late at night so you're best to take a torch. We usually went towards the Harbour area at night so it was a wee bit of a walk but towards the end of the holiday we discovered loads more shops, bars etc much closer to the apartment that we hadnt been aware of. Regardless, taxi's were pretty cheap if you prefer to get one- we just enjoyed the walk. All in all, we had a great holiday and if im ever going to Cyprus again i'll definitely be looking to rent this apartment. Thanks.

"Superb location- gorgeous apartment!! Would 100% recommend!"
We stayed at this lovely apartment in Kato, Paphos in October 2011. Judy the apartment owner took our booking and provided us with very detailed information of the area and apartment, she was really helpful. When we arrived the apartment was better than the pictures, very spacious and fully equipped and very clean with absolutely everything, beach towels, toilet roll, hand soaps, utencils etc. You can tell it is very well looked after. The apartment is about a 15 minute stroll to the harbour area (which is the best part of Paphos) there is a small cut through which Judy kindly sent us a map to show us. The pool area at the apartment was empty so we were the only sunbathers in October, this was very clean and well looked after. It is a very peaceful setting in Paphos with lots of holidaymakers set up home in the area so everyone is super friendly! There is even an ice cream van that does his rounds every day :) There are beaches nearby along the harbour with slightly a longer stroll, but this area is wonderful to explore. There are plenty of buses in Kato Paphos which take you up to the main road where Tomb of the Kings is and lots of lovely restaurants, this also takes you to Coral Bay. - a beautiful beach and another strip of bars and restaurants. A car is definitely not necessary unless you really wanted to explore the whole island- which I would recommend if you booked for 2 weeks (even if you hired one for a few days) but if you just want a chilled holiday with fab ameneties nearby then this apartment is perfect for you. Recommendations: Moorings restaurant on the harbour-delicious food and reasonably priced. O'Neills Bar on Tomb of the Kings road- Irish pub with great food also Sunset Cruise on the dreamwave at the Harbour - there are lots of trips you can book! For a perfect view over the sea there is a gorgeous modern bar called Mare Mare halfway up the harbour, abit pricey but very swanky worth a peek in!
