Clearwater is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland

The property itself is situated on the waters edge in a sheltered bay on the West Cork coastline.

The house has been completely renovated in resent years and now offers spacious comtempary living space coupled with the most magnificent views over Myross bay and beyond.

There is a separate annex beside the house, this is used for storage and is not let out or lived in.

All your needs are catered for, a luxury kitchen with all the equipment you could possibly need. A gas BBQ for outdoor dining along with garden furniture.

Comfortable leather sofas with plenty of cushions, a games room with a snooker/ pool table and a Wii complete with games for all the family. A large dining table which will seat 10.

The bedrooms provide 2 king size beds, 1 double bed, 2 single rooms with single beds that can be made made into doubles. All dressed with lovely crisp cotton bedding and fluffy towels provided.

4 luxury fully tiled bathrooms with power showers, and a very large spa bath in the main ensuite, all help to make your holiday a relaxing one.

The house is surrounded by a large garden with relaxing areas to enjoy the sea view. There is a pond in the garden complete with

fish, small children will need supervision near the pond.

The County Cork region

West Cork is famous for it's breathtaking scenery, in particular the rugged beauty of its peninsulas,white sandy beaches and coves which are found along the coastline.

Clearwater is located near the picturesque village of Union Hall, a beautiful colourful fishing village which overlooks Glandore Harbour and unspoilt countryside.

Union Hall has a wonderful award winning mini supermarket, which has fresh bread, veg and meat daily along with delicious local products. There are a few cosy bars in the village which serve local fresh food in a friendly atmosphere.

The is also a great fish shop which sells the daily catch fresh from the Union Hall fleet of fishing boats.

With the sea and beautiful countryside on your doorstep, Clearwater is a very special place to spend your holiday at any time of the year.Very hard to beat for the sailor, fisherman,birdwatcher,artist,walker or any outdoor enthusiast.

Provided free to guests are 2 Canoes and lifejackets and 3 mountain bikes with helmets. For a small fee guests can also have use of the 2 laser dingy's which are also at the house.

Or cosy up by the large wood burning stove with a book or dvd from Clearwaters library.

The lovely market town of Skibbereen is 8 miles away with it's many restaurents and craft shops. There is a great farmers market

every Saturday 9am to 1.30 pm

Also in the town is the Skibbereen Heritage centre and Famine museum.

Union Hall

There is so much to do in the local area. Golfers are catered for with golf courses in Skibbereen, Rosscarbery and Licknavar.

West Cork quad adventures are a short drive from the house in nearby Castletownshend.

From Reen pier a 10 minute drive away you can take a trip on a boat to Whale & dolphin watch or have a days sea angling.

There are many Islands off the West Cork coast with regular daily ferries, so you can explore and island hop as you please.

Festivals of all sorts take place throughout the year, from A Taste of West Cork food festival ,Skibbereen Arts festival,

West Cork literary festival in near by Bantry

Drombeg stone circle is a 10 minute drive from the house.
