Annexe (outbuilding) completely restructured in typical umbria-tuscany style, only groundfloor (60 mq): pavements, doors, beam and rafter of ancient wood and small briks. You have a large dining-room: on the right the kitchen with stone e and ceramics, on the left the wood table, fireplace, divan-bed on the left. The two rooms are very comfortable; you can have for single beds or two double beds. The bathroom is very nice with a stone washbasin and a wide shower. All the furniture is old style.
Swimming pool. From May 15th to September 15th guests can enjoy the swimming pool (5x11 m), depth min.1,4m max. 2,2m (zone dives), happily exposed to the sun, repaired from winds and placed in classified position where you have hygienic services, warm shower, deckchair and chairs.

The Umbria region
Umbria is a region of Central Italy, the capital is Perugia. It has an area of 8,456 km˛ and about 900,000 inhabitants. In tourist literature one sometimes sees Umbria called: il cuor verde d'Italia (the green heart of Italy)this phrase is taken from a poem by Giosuč Carducci. The Umbrian landscape is often cloaked in a silver blue haze, giving it a soft, soothing, and almost mystical quality.
Umbertide area
Umbertide is a medieval town, its historical centre is characterize by the Rocca, an old tower which a prison and now is a museum where you can visit periodic exhibitions. There is also a wonderful church called "La Collegiata" where you can see a fantastic picture of Saint Mary. During July and August in the vicinity of Umbertide there are many village festival where you can get a taste of the great umbrian food at low prices.

The nearest airport is in Perugia (30 minutes) with Ryan Air flights from Stansted UK. There are low cost flys from Rome Ciampino (2.5 hours), Pisa (3 hours), Ancona (2 hours) and Bologna Forli (2 hours).
