These delightful properties have been fitted and furnished to a high standard with original features, such as exposed beams, being retained. Situated within a tranquil farm courtyard setting they provide an ideal base for families and couples looking to explore all that North Devon has to offer.

All of North Devon’s renowned beaches such as Saunton and Croyde are within easy reach, and closer by you’ll find the towns of Barnstaple and South Molton with their popular pannier markets. A short train ride from the conveniently placed station (within walking distance) takes you to the Tarka Trail, favoured by cyclists and walkers alike. Slightly further afield days out could include the beautiful cathedral city of Exeter and pretty Torbay. You can also walk out direct from the farm along the banks of the River Taw or explore the picturesque local woods. For a more relaxing break, there are plenty of green spaces on-site that can be used to picnic and sunbathe. Stabling: available upon prior arrangement with the owner. Farm activities: extensive equine facilities including supervised children's pony club (by arrangement with the owners). Fly fishing licenses can also be purchased from the local pub. Games barn: with pool table, table tennis, table football, toddler games, sofas and laundry area with 2 coin operated washing machines, 2 coin operated dryers and freezer with allocated space. Outside: large communal courtyard free from vehicles parked within, petanque pitch, lawn with children's play equipment and orchard area for picnics. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. Location: sandy beach at Instow 12 miles, convenience store/fuel station 2 miles, farm shop, selling local produce, within 2 miles, pub, train station and Post Office within walking distance. Country club with golf course, indoor pool and spa facilities (available at a charge) 5 miles. Simple lodge style accommodation arranged on one floor and offers TWO bedrooms: 2 doubles with zip-and-link beds which can be made into 2 small single beds upon request. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner, flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD, and french doors to patio. Outside: covered private patio area with garden furniture. Kitchen: modern galley style with electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Amenities: heating provided by woodburner with additional electric radiators available upon request. 1 medium sized dog welcome but must be well-behaved around horses and kept on a lead when on-site.
