The dramatic coastline of North Devon including picturesque villages such as Clovelly, Lynton, Lynmouth, Porlock and the larger town of Barnstaple, 15 minutes drive, with the Queens Theatre showing both local and national productions, cinema, clubs and shops. Bideford is 30 minutes drive with an attractive water front and the very popular Burton Gallery Arts Centre. The property is 1 mile from the village of High Bickington with its general store and character pub. The popular golf course of Libbaton is 0.5 miles away and is open to non-members and offers a bar and restaurant. Highbullen Hotel is also just a 10 minute drive, offering a wide selection of leisure facilities open to non-members, including swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, golf and fishing.
