> Dear John,
> I'm really sorry to hear that you encountered problems when staying with us- we work really hard to try to make sure people have a great stay.
> I really wish you'd told me about the problem with the bathroom as I would have moved you to another cottage straight away. I wasn't aware of the issue but have since found a leak and rectified the situation. Big apologies.
> Not sure about the storage in the biggest bedroom, however, as there is a fitted cupboard with a rail in that room.
> I was hoping that by giving you number 2 - which was a bigger property - you'd have extra space and really enjoy your stay. Sorry that wasn't the case- as I say we do try hard to look after our guests.
> All the best Mark
