Luxury Cottage located close to the town centre, ideal base for exploring the local area and attractions. Small market town with many pubs and eating houses close by.

Laurel Court is situated in the south lakes area, close to many visitor attractions, there are numerous pubs and restaurant within walking distance. The town has a market on Saturdays an Thursdays with local produce for sale.

The cottage has only recently been constructed and built to a very high standard, it has off road parking and a communal courtyard.

"Great"

Stayed for 3 nights with friends. Found the cottage was comfortable with the kitchen and bathrooms all done in a modern style. Property was well kept and we found everything we needed. Located a short walk from a lovely town and great access to the rest of the Lake District. Owner was happy to help with everything and recommended the best pub! Would love to go again.

"Fantastic holiday, very clean, great location, friendly owners!"

The cottages are a couple of minutes stroll away from the shops, pubs and restaurants in the centre of Ulverston and only a 20 minute drive from Windemere and Coniston where there is plenty to do for day trips out. It is also an ideal location for walkers as the surroundings are beautiful. The cottages themselves are very clean and modern with all the facilities you would need. They also open out onto a courtyard which is perfect for BBQ's. The cottages were easy to find and the owners were extremely helpful and friendly. The only drawback was that we had to leave!!

"Perfect property, perfect location, perfect weekend!"

We were a party of 6 adults and 1 toddler and we rented the 3 bedroom townhouse. The property was very modern and finished to a high standard with plenty of space for us all and some to spare! Only about 200yards from a lovely pub/restaurant with loads more still within a 3minute walk. Ulverston itself is a nice little market town with plenty to do and see. We would definitely go back!
