Off road parking for 1 car plus small car park 20 yds from cottage (free). Large enclosed lawned garden with patio, summer house, garden furniture, children’s play area, BBQ and hillside views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.

The Tywyn / Llanegryn area
Located in the beautiful Dysynni Valley, Llanegryn is a small, quiet village set in the south of the Snowdonia National Park. Only four miles from the bustling coastal town of Tywyn, Llanegryn is well placed for anyone looking to enjoy the Talyllyn Narrow Gauge Steam Railway. This lovely little transport network boasts a seven mile track with runs through some of the most wonderful countryside in Britain, passing both the stunning Talyllyn Lake and the imposing Mount Cader Idris. Tywyn also boasts a long sandy beach: a favourite with families and water sport enthusiasts, especially surfers. Just four miles away is the lovely seaside village of Aberdovey which is renowned for sailing, sail-boarding, fishing, boat trips and an excellent 18-hole championship golf course.

The cottage had lovely exposed beams, very good living room furnishings, a lovely conservatory and was set in a nice peaceful location. There was also some nice local produce.

,The area is one of the most beautiful in the UK. Within 10 minutes of the cottage you could be walking along side of a waterfall in Snowdonia, on a sandy beach or sitting in a beer garden with a stunning view over a lake with mountain views.

,The cottage was fantastic, better than we expected. Lovely ambiance, well equipped, had everything that we needed.
Snowdonia is also very beautiful, and despite the rain, there were so many things that we were able do. The ride on the steam train, the walks, the beaches, and the colours of the hills and meadows made more vibrant in the rain, waking up to the sounds of sheep baaing, doing things as a family, all give us happy memories that we will always treasure. We will certainly inform our friends and families of our experience and we hope to come back again.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
