Perfect for families and couples wishing for a quiet get away. The house is situated on the side of the hill overlooking the village of Llwyngwril and across to the Cambrian Coast and Snowdonia's mountains. All rooms have sea views except for the rear bedroom and bathroom, which look onto the fields. There is a private drive to the house, plenty of space for the children to run around and a patio area to the front. This 18th century house has been refurbished to a high standard maintaining its original features.

There are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one 3ft width bunk bed. There are electric storage heaters, an open fire in the lounge and a multifuel stove in the dining room, which also runs radiators. The water is supplied by natural spring and is purified for the kitchen taps. There are heat, smoke detectors and emergency lighting. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. As the house is situated within farmland we cannot allow any dogs. Beds made up prior to your arrival (no bedding provided for cot). Electricity is included in the price. Logs and coal for the open fire and multifuel stove can be provided at an extra cost.

The North Wales region

Llwyngwril is a small coastal village situated 10 miles from Dolgellau, 3 miles from Fairbourne and 10 miles from Tywyn. The village offers a grocery/newsagents, a pub serving meals and Sunday lunches, a children's playpark and a rock pool beach. The village is served by a bus route and the Cambrian Coastline Ariva trains.

From the house, which is alongside the Coastal Path, you can walk up onto the mountain paths which take you over to Fairbourne and the Blue Lakes at Friog. You can also take the public footpath down onto the beach.

"Stunning location"

This cosy traditional cottage is in the most glorious location, high on the hill behind the village with sweeping views of the sea, coastline and Snowdownian mountains - peaceful and secluded it is the ideal area for walking, climbing and cycling.
