Sea Watch is a beautiful 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment overlooking the sea and Cullercoats bay and has been furnished to a high standard. The open plan kitchen/living area has a modern well equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, cooker, electric ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle. Dining table and seating for four adults and a highchair if required.
The lounge has a 40 " T.V with freeeview a DVD player, internet access with wi-fi. Its perfectly situated for the beach, seafront, bars and restaurants. The metro station is only a five minute walk away and will take you into Newcastle city centre. Bus stop is also only 5 minutes away. Its ideal for families or couples with plenty to see and do in the surrounding area.

Plenty of parking, but if secure underground parking is required can be provided, but i would ask for a £50 returnable deposit for the key fob.

Newcastle City centre is close by and with its shops, bars ,restaurants,museums and galleries. Access to the city can be via car / taxi / or the metro station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Ideal if you are working in the city centre.
Europes largest shopping mall Metro Centre is a 20 minute car journey and has ample free car parking.
The beautiful Northumbrian coastline boasts many attractions Bamburgh Castle, Seahouses, Holy Island, Farne Islands.

Tynemouth has many restaurants, bars and coffee shops and weekly markets.The Priory, which has recently hosted concerts with Rhianna and Beverley Knight performing. Also the Blue Reef aquarium, which has over 40 living species of sea-life on show. There is a boating lake and crazy golf. Longsands has an award winning beach which is famous for its surfing and windsurfing.
Cullercoats bay is well known for its pristine sandy beach which is very popular with families. The piers have undergone a restoration project to conserve the north east coastline. The bay area also has plenty of eateries and bars from which to admire the views!!!
Whitley Bay is also only a short walk away which has plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, skating rink and a waves leisure pool complex.

Quick and helpful communications with the owner. Clean and very attractive decor ( a seaside-lovers paradise!). Wonderful to sit and view the ever changing sea views.Great for more mature and less agile relatives as warm, with easily controlled heating, all on one level with a walk in shower etc. Suitable if relying on public transport too as the bus to Tynemouth and Whitley Bay ran every 15 minutes from a bus stop 5 mins walk away and the metro for the city centre only about 8 mins walk away. Shops, cafes and take- aways also very good and convenient. |

CANCELLATION:- All payments will be refunded if a booking is cancelled more than 40 days prior to arrival date. If a booking is cancelled 28 days or less to your arrival the entire stay will be charged
