Our welcoming, well equipped triplex villa is located in the quiet coastal village of Turunc on the Aegean coast of Turkey. With a stunning, quiet mountain backdrop, the property offers spacious well presented accommodation, yet is only an easy stroll from the resorts main street and blue flag beach.
The ground floor consists of a spacious, open planned living room and kitchen which has all the facilities needed for an enjoyable stay. This floor also has a toilet and wash room. The first floor has 2 spacious bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), as well as a bathroom complete with shower. On the second floor there is a large bedroom complete with 3 single beds and this floor also has a bathroom complete with shower.
All rooms have air conditioning units and spacious balconies and the property is suited for quiet family style or couple holidays.
The swimming pool in the development is oval shaped and is a very enjoyable way to cool off if you decide to spend the day relaxing at the property which gets the much sought after summer sun all day from 9am until 6pm.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The whole of Turkey is steeped in history with lots of places of interest and this area is no different. Our management agency in the village can be used to book trips to sites such as Ephasus, the mud baths or Jeep safaris or if a boat trip is required, the local boat owners at the harbour are only too willing to offer of their services (don't forget to bargain).
The weather is of course fantastic with long hot summers and mild winters and the crystal clear waters of the Aegean can be enjoyed by water sports enthusiasts who can hire speedboats and jet skis from the blue flag beach front.
Those who like to walk can shed the excess pounds (gained from the fantastic variety of foods available) with a variety of challenging hikes available locally.
Turunc area
Turunc is a beautiful tranquil village which has lots of good standard eating places and a good assortment of bars and shops. It has a shingle/sand blue flag beach with crystal clear water.
The village itself is pedestrianized from 8 o'clock in the evening and provides a tranquil safe environment for families with children. The locals in the village are very welcoming and friendly and are only too willing to offer advice/help to holidaymakers.
The local village market takes place every Monday where fresh fruit and veg can be bought alongside locally made tablecloths and the usual array of fake branded clothing.

Transfers from Dalaman airport to Turunc can be arranged through our management company in the village by contacting me by e-mail - typically £90 return for 5 people (2007) - Bodrum transfers £120 return (2007)

Having just returned from a fantastic holiday ,we have already recommended your villa in Turunc to some of our friends as it was perfect. Spotlessly clean,so well equipped, great balconies overlooking the pool and a good location in a quiet area ,just 5min walk to the centre. This was truly a home in Turunc for us and for 2 families it was ideal our daughter ,son in law and 2 year old grandson had the first floor and my husband and i the top floor so everyone had their privacy.a tip for future visitors.. the boat trip with Musti and Simba the golden retreivor was great!
