- A traditional farmhouse kitchen is the heart of the house which also includes a large dining room, 2 sitting rooms (one with freeview TV and DVD facility), 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and other with shower) and a cloakroom
- A full size table tennis table is available for guest use to complement other board games/books
- There is a large comfortable lounge complete with open fire and large windows overlooking gardens and sea views beyond
- A second sitting room also with open fire has television facilities (Freeview and DVD player)

- A full size lawn tennis court is marked out in summer months as well as an ample grass area for kids to play

- Spectacular sea views from this location look over the Firth of Clyde to the islands of Arran and Ailsa Craig with some of the most spectacular sunsets in Scotland

- Property is available for let May through to October. Other dates may be available on request.
- On changeover day departure will be at 10am with arrival from 4pm. Preferred changeover day is Saturday however this may be negotiable.
Conditions
- No Smoking is permitted inside the property
- A non refundable deposit of 20% of the total rent is required on booking and we can only hold booking for 7 days without a deposit
- Balance of payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival (or full payment if booking less than 4 weeks to arrival)
- While open fires are available for guests use within the property, use will be at guests sole risk with guests agreeing to absolve the Property Owner of any responsibility for any accident or mishap to persons or property
- Guests are not permitted to access the farm buildings next to the property

- The small village of Turnberry, famous for its Open Championship golf course, world renowned hotel with spa resort and expansive sandy beach, are all within 500m of the house
- Turnberry is ideally located as a base for touring Ayrshire, the Isle of Arran, Dumfries & Galloway and Central Scotland. It is within a 1hr drive of both Prestwick and Glasgow International airports and the ferry ports to Ireland.
- Turnberry Castle is the birthplace of King Robert the Bruce.
- Ayrshire is the home of Robert Burns, the famous Scottish poet and Turnberry is just down the road from Souter Johnnies cottage.
