Under Sestriere and Cesana above, at least in the car, there is Sansicario. And High, 77 Sansicario steps from the ski slopes, there is the Mountain Home de La Vispa Teresa. Six beds in a House of 65 square meters divided into three levels.

The intermediate floor with entrance, living room, kitchen area and night area with double bed for MOM and dad. Downstairs bathroom and four bunk beds for boys and for the friends of the children. Upstairs a scale-furniture that leads to the terrace from where you can sunbathe without leaving home.

Two floors below the car in the garage, with remote control for the automatic opening. And sky box and a mini a Garret for storing personal items. Everything tailor-made to get, give up the car and forget about it.

Sansicario is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations of Italy, fantastic winter with snow that summer with the green of its views. Sansicario is at the center of the Via Lattea, a few kilometers from Sestriere, Bardonecchia, Monginevro. The residence "R8" is just a few hundred meters from the square with shops and ski slopes. Sansicario is a great place for children, why not run dangers as the center of town is pedestrianised. Sansicario is also perfect for a group of friends, because there is a disco, cinema, and you can do lots of sports and winter (skiing, snowboarding, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snow biking, ice skating, especially you can go to dinner in proportion with the snowcat) that summer (beach volleyball, archery, tennis, mountain biking, mountaineering). Sansicario is also ideal for the whole family because there are the choices for fun and togetherness.

The North West Italy / Piedmont/Lake Maggiore region

Sansicario (also spelled San Sicario) is a frazione of the comune of Cesana Torinese (province of Torino) in Piedmont, north-western Italy.
It lies at 1,700 m in the Val Susa. It is a famous winter tourist resort.
At the 2006 Torino Winter Olympics, it hosted the Biathlon, Luge, Skeleton, Bob and also the Women's' Downhill and SG Alpine skiing races.

The Susa Valley (Italian: Val di Susa, French: Val de Suse) is a valley in the Piedmont region of northern Italy, located between the Graian Alps in the north and the Cottian Alps in the south. It is the longest valley in Italy. It extends over 50 km (31 mi) in an east-west direction from the French border to the outskirts of Turin. The valley takes its name from the city of Susa which lies in the valley. The Dora Riparia river, a tributary of the Po, flows through the valley.

A motorway runs through the valley from Turin to Chambéry in France, over the Col du Mont Cenis or by the Fréjus tunnel, and to Briançon, also in France, over the Col du Mont-Genèvre.

The Turin / San Sicario area

The Via Lattea (Milky Way) is a winter sports area in the Italian and French Alps, straddling the French-Italian border at Claviere/Montgenèvre. Located some 70km (44 miles) west of Turin, it comprises the five Piedmontese resorts of Claviere (1760m), Sansicario (1700m), Sauze d'Oulx (1509m), Pragelato (1518m) and Sestriere (2035m) and additionally the French resort Montgenèvre (1850m). Altogether there are 400km (250 miles) of skiable pistes[1], 120 of them with artificial snow, and 88 lifts. The lowest lift begins at 1350m in the service village of Cesana Torinese; the highest point is Mont Motta in the Sestriere ski area, at 2800m. Claviere and Montgenèvre are connected at the lower limit of their ski area in the frontier pass, and at their highest point below the top of Mont Gimont but are not easily reachable from the other areas, relying on a slow lift system up from Cesana. There are regular zero-fare bus services between the resorts.

A standard 6-day lift pass for one resort on the Italian side gives two free days skiing elsewhere in the Italian Via Lattea; otherwise, a supplement is payable, as it is for Montgenèvre. Coach trips are also organised to the Serre Chevalier ski region near Briançon in France.

The Via Lattea region hosted many events during the 2006 Turin Winter Olympics, including most alpine, freestyle, and nordic skiing events, bobsleigh, skeleton, and luge.
