Detached accommodation to very high specification provides an unusually bright and spacious lounge area leading to the fully fitted kitchen/diner. Two large bedrooms with ample storage offer beautiful countryside views, and a luxury family bathroom with separate shower/toilet complete this comfortable holiday home. Conditions
£250 security deposit is required with final balance payment and will be returned within two weeks, once the cleaner has reported no damage etc.
Our normal terms require a 20% deposit at time of booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival, if there are less than 6 weeks before your stay your booking will be confirmed on receipt of your 20% deposit and held for 7 days to allow for full payment.
There is a £10 fee for each booking which will be due when the 20% booking deposit is paid.
The Barn is not available before 2.30pm on your date of arrival and we require you to leave The Barn no later than 10.30am on your date of departure.
Although we do employ a cleaner we do expect you to leave the barn as you found it, the cleaner is employed to change the beds and wash the towels etc. Should you choose not to leave The Barn in the same condition as you found it, a minimum charge of £30 will be taken from your deposit.
The South East England / Kent region
Kent is not called the 'Garden of England' without good reason and visitors to this part of England will not be disappointed.
For the energetic enjoy water sports at nearby Bewl Water, a choice of fishing facilities or one of the many local golf courses.
For a taste of history follow Chaucer to Canterbury and visit Beckett's tomb in the Cathedral, enjoy the Norman castle and Dicken's connections in Rochester, or the Georgian grandeur of the spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells, not to mention Chartwell and Leeds Castle - all just a short drive away.
Situated nearby are lots of National Trust properties where you can soak up the glorious gardens of Sissinghurst or Autumn splendour of Scotney Castle......... just too many to mention.
For those who prefer retail therapy Bluewater Europe's largest indoor shopping centre is within easy reach.
The Tunbridge Wells area
You can enjoy a quiet break exploring the many lanes and footpaths through idyllic Kent countryside stopping off at one of the many country pubs providing all varieties of food or visit the Organic gardens, recent winner of many awards.
