"Just perfect rural retreat."

Our stay at Orchard Cottage this week was a wonderful rural getaway, very peaceful and close to the local village. Everything was top notch, thoughtful extras and very well serviced and comfortable. We were made welcome by Veronica and it was a delightful stay. The nearby Dolce Vita was a highlight, this is high standard accomodation and cannot be faulted.

"good place for new year's eve break with friends"

we rented both Orchard Cottage and Oast Cottage with a group of 11 friends and spent 4 days there to celebrate New Year's Eve. Both cottages are lovely, big bedrooms, nice bathrooms, very clean and well equipped. It's a good location for walks and there are a couple of nice pubs and a restaurant in the area as well. The owners are very kind and happy to help.

"A Perfect Retreat"

We have family who live in Tunbridge Wells and were looking for accommodation that provided my parents with the pre-requisite en-suite, sufficient room for our family of 4, the option for my brother and his girlfriend to join us later in the week and for room for the children and their cousins to play (ages 18 months to 9 years).
Orchard House is incredibly spacious and met all of our needs. The website is great but doesn't do the accommodation justice at all. It is perfectly situated for all activities and we took advantage of castles, beaches, shops and swimming pools. The garden was perfect and there are BBQ facilities which would have been lovely to make use of had we had the time.
Every one of us had the most fantastic time and definitely look forward to returning in the future - hopefully with even more of the family.
We would thoroughly recommend to all.
