"Fab location and very nice house to stay in."

The Coach House is a lovely house for a group or family. It is spacious and well laid out with everything you need for a short weekend or longer stay. Excellent location to visit Tunbridge Wells, Lamberhurst, Bewl and Scotney Castle all of which we did in the 3 days we were there.

It's always lovely to hear back from our guests. Also thank you for your feedback re a couple of teeny things that we can improve. All feedback is welcomed.

"Convenient location and excellent comfort."

Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Gracious laid back hosts who didn't mind our two dogs at all! Very nice all round.

Thank you for your review. Well behaved dogs (and their equally well behaved owners!) are always welcome! I'm delighted that we could fit you in at short notice. Maria

"Highly recommended...would have lived there if I could!"

Had a wonderful month long stay just before Christmas in between relocating. A very comfortable, home away from home. Lovely surroundings too. Maria and Robin were very welcoming (even of the cat!) an… More

You and your family were a delight to have in The Coach House. Your daughter was so helpful by putting up the Christmas decorations ready for my Christams guests! You were the fifth family last year to stay as a stop gap between houses. You and all our other guests felt it was a "home from home". Hope you're now settled in your new home. Yes and Oscar is awesome and misses you!!

It's always lovely to receive a response as it shows that we're offering a good product. We always recommend that our guests hire a car as it's "Mission Impossible" to walk to the village from here. Cycling would be ok but walking a bit difficult.

"Wonderful family accommodation with exceptional hosts"

A well equipped cottage with all we needed to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable stay. When we asked to extend, Maria & Robin, searched for an alternative for the three nights that had been previously booked and offered them to us.

Ever tentative and welcoming, Maria, Robin, Isabella, and Oscar made us all welcome and we enjoyed sitting in the sunshine near the pool.

Highly recommend - the proximity to the A21 is NOT a problem with the sounds buffered by double glazing and the tree line.

Thank you for your kind words. We wish you and your family the best of luck in finding the ideal long term accommodation closer to Canterbury. If not we'd welcome you back for a longer let in the Autumn. Maria

"Lovely cottage in wonderful location"

We had a wonderful time staying at the Coach House - its a really beautiful part of the country and there are some excellent pubs around too (the Vineyard became a firm favourite!)
The cottage was really spacious and very comfortable - the rooms are all big and every bedroom has a bathroom (and plenty of hot water!) which was wonderful!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love like to thank Maria for making us feel so at home. We will be back!

Thank you so much for your flattering review. Hope to see you again. The Vineyard is also a firm favourite of mine. Cosy in the Winter with its log fires and it has a fabulous garden and terrace in the warmer months.
