Peacefully set in a wooded valley next to a streamside footpath these delightful cottages are ideally positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall. Situated 2 miles from the picturesque village of St Agnes and 1.5 miles from Porthtowan St Agnes boasts many cafes restaurants craft shops and galleries. An ideal centre for walking and exploring the Cornish coastline cliffs and coves which offer an abundant mixture of wildlife including porpoises and dolphins. You will be close to a wealth of attractions including a variety of popular family beaches The Eden Project at St Austell Maritime Museum at Falmouth Newquay Sealife Centre Flambards Theme Park Towans Miniature Railway and numerous National Trust properties. Leisure facilities: the small holding is set within 6 acres and guests are welcome to walk amongst the animals in the owner s fields. Farm activities: by arrangement with the owner guests are welcome to help feed the pig goats ducks and chickens or just relax and watch the resident alpacas in the adjoining paddocks and fields. Amenities: bed linen towels electric heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking in the properties. Additional info: 50 security deposit payable on arrival to the owner. Short breaks are charged as follows: 3 nights 70% 4 nights 80% and 5 nights 90% of the full weekly cost. Location: beach 1.5 miles local shops and pub half a mile. Arrival: 3.30pm. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite with walk-in shower spa bath and WC 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC 1 bunk bedroom situated on the ground floor. Shower room: with WC next to bunk bedroom. Lounge: with flatscreen TV DVD SkyPlus with Sky Sports hi-fi large woodburner and doors leading to conservatory overlooking the garden. Kitchen: with breakfast area dishwasher cooker microwave fridge/freezer washing machine tumble dryer and door out on to patio area. Outside: private patio area with BBQ and garden seating. Particularly attractive large gardens shared with the farmhouse with stream pond and views along wooded valley and swings. Care should be taken with young children. Amenities: 2 allocated parking spaces. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: for larger parties the Farmhouse and the Cottage can be made into 1 unit sleeping up to 13. Please note that the property is accessed by a steep path with a few small steps however level access to the cottage can be arranged with the owner.
