The studio apartment is approximately 25 m^2, there is a living area with one double sofa-bed (can be converted into twin beds), an entrance area with two bunk beds separated from the living area by a door. There is also a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric rings, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and electric coffee-maker. Furthermore you will find a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, pay TV and pay phone. Outside there is a loggia with garden furniture.
