The villa, recently built (in year 2008), is typically of Mauritian style with a shingle roof and a decoration based on the sea theme. It is constituted of a spacious living room, a dining room and an American kitchen. Large picture windows give the possibility to appreciate life, while keeping this original touch with nature. The villa contains 3 bedrooms, each of them having its own bathroom. A terrace with view on the garden, shelters a private swimming pool on one side, and if you wish to have more exclusivity, you may relax yourself by the wooden terrace by the shadow of a coconut tree on the other side.

The Villa Pareo is located on the Eastern coast of Mauritius island, in the bay of Trou d’Eau Douce near an authentic fisherman village.
The famous ‘Ile aux Cerfs’ is 10 minutes away by boat from the villa, which is less than 50 m from the beach with an eastern orientation.
The Trou D'eau Douce area
Trou D'eau Douce is an authentic fisherman village where all sea activities such as waterski, kayak, pedal boats, parasailing, etc. are available.
The village also has several nice restaurants and bars.

"We had a superb and relaxing stay at Villa Pareo. The Villa was extremely spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all the quality of service was excellent and couldn't be bettered elsewhere. Aside from this the beach was extremely accessible and the surrounding views were fantastic. The facilities available to us matched that of any top class hotels and more importantly were all within easy reach of the villa. Overall we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and hope to come back again."

The check-in is at 1pm upon your arrival and check-out at 11am on departure day. On request and upon availability, we will offer the early check-in (Free Of Charge) and late check-out (50% of a night will be charged).
