The large self catering studio apartment is set in a small complex right by the sea, and the property has a pool facing balcony and its own secure gardens. The apartment is close (100m) to local shops and amenities, whilst being a short bus ride from the lively Grand Baie area with its many restaurants, bars, boutiques, local food stalls, a good market and daily fish market where you can haggle for fresh fish.

Trou-aux-Biches is by far one of the most sought after beach resorts in Mauritius. It owes its popularity with discerning regular visitors mainly to its safe bathing for children, perfect conditions for snorkelling and diving (either in its lagoons or along its reefs), the friendly atmosphere, its amazing fine silver sand and beautiful sunsets to be relished on the 2 mile long beach every evening.

Situated in the Indian Ocean between the Equator and the Tropic of Capricorn, Mauritius lies about 500 miles east of Madagascar. Aqua sur mer is a small newly built villa complex set in the small coastal village of Trou aux Biches,, this villa complex is set opposite the beach and Ocean so only takes under a minute to be on the beach or in the Ocean. The villa complex itself is a mixture of 10 villas (as you can see in pictures ) comprising of full villas and studio villas (a studio villa is what we are offering for rental ). The complex has a surrounding wall and gated and comes with night watchmen and day caretakers .The studio villa apartment that we are offering comes with all the full modern facilities a holiday apartment should have, a six day maid service, air conditioning, safe, wifi, and more .

"Great apartment, superb value for money. Abi is cool and the apartment is very well maintained and serviced. Didn't use the pool, inviting though it looked, as with the proximity to one of the best beaches in Mauritius there really wasn't the time! Would definitely stay again...its a bargain. You will enjoy it if you book it."...........

"we, stayed for 17 nights here, 27 sept until 14 oct 2009. Scrupulously clean and well appointed does not do justice to these apartments, everything a self catering traveller needs is here, Clean linen, towels ,beach towels .hair drier ,micro wave, all utensils, crockery,tv and video player,plus freeview, didnt try the wifi connection.Its the little touches like the tea bags, the water and a couple of beers in the fridge, the mosquito vapes, the washing up liquid, Mylene the maid who does a very good job keeping the apartment just nice six days a week. Outside the pool and garden area are cleaned and tidied six days a week, although not olympic size the pool is more than adequate.hire a car, and drive around the island there is lots to see and do."...............

"Aqua sur Mer is the place to stay in Mauritius! Its newly built, modern, clean, close to all required facilities (including the beach, supermarket, restaurants etc) yet a quiet little haven with a tropical garden of note. It is definitely the most beautiful self catering apartments in Trou aux Biches and excellent value for money. Dont think twice - book now! We will return in March 2010!"....

"This was our first trip to Mauritius so booking this apartment was based on the location and details online. We were definitely not disappointed, in fact the details online don't really do the apartment justice. The apartment is set in a small secure block around a pool. The apartment is literally two minutes walk to the beach (one of the best on Mauritius) which was never busy. The apartment is well set up with everything you will need, small kitchen, en-suite bathroom, a/c, safe, tv/dvd e.t.c. The flat was cleaned every day except Sunday and the security guard/janitor at the block was really friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment and we cant wait to go back!".............
