About the home

Now with Air-con. Roomy Ground floor studio apartment for two persons with garden area. Near to the extensive pool and Jacuzzi and close to the bar and café. A few minutes drive from the attractive village of Parghelia with its sandy beach and near to the historic and lively town of Tropea. Breathtaking views to the volcanic island of Stromboli and Sicily.

The front of the apartment opens out onto a small terrace and grassed area and has your own table and chairs where you can relax and dine whilst enjoying the magnificent aromas and setting

Reception has English speaking staff and lots of help to assist in making the most of your stay. You can visit Stromboli departing from the local marina at Tropea or visit Sicily. Scuba diving and fishing trips are available and there is a golf course 30 minutes drive away. Parghelia and Tropea are alive with fashionable shops, bars and restaurants as well as offering a wide range of local shops and amenities.

55 minutes drive to the international airport with RyanAir flights direct to UK.

The local airport is Lamezia Terme which is 45minutes drive to Marasusa. Daily direct flights by Ryanair from London Stansted. Several airlines from UK also fly into Lamezia including Easy Jet, Alitalia and Air Berlin however this will involve transfer at Milan, Palermo or Rome. This is not a problem but lengthens the journey. Another alternative is to drive from Naples which is a straight run.

Worth shopping around for Hire cars. Opodo is good and also Easy Jet where there is no extra fee for collect at Naples and drop off at differant location. Auto Europe has been the most competative of late and when making the booking it may pay dividends to make a call to their call centre. Pick up point for hire cars is a minute's walk away.
