Visit Tropea where you can stroll around the historical cobbled streets or just relax on the beautiful white sandy beaches. Then choose from the many excellent alfresco restaurants or pizzerias and enjoy the good nightlife.

Tropea / Parghelia area
The near by town Tropea easily wins the contest for prettiest town on the Calabria Tyrrhenian coast, with its narrow streets and beautiful historic buildings or just stroll down to one of the many beaches that surround Tropea and Parghelia - enjoy the beautiful turquoise clear seas.
Parghelia has its own beach through the small winding village streets. Local activities include walking, cycling, golf, watersports, water park and fishing.

Fly to Lamezia Terme - Marasusa is just 55 km or 50 mins drive way from the airport. Cheap flights - Ryanair from Stansted. Further details indoors: The apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet area of the Marasusa Complex. As it a spacious studio apartment these is just one main area which has a double bed or this can be split into two single beds with the kitchen area at one end, this has a fridge, cooker hob (no oven) and eating area. The bathroom has a new bathroom suite and the rest of the apartment has been redecorated in 2008
Further details outdoors: Outside the apartment is a patio area with table and chairs for your personal use. Marasusa has a lovely pool area which is about 40 meters from the apartment, at the pool there are facilities to shower, sit and sunbath or enjoy a drink at bar area. The grounds at Marasusa are beautiful so take a promenade around the grounds stopping to take the view in at every angle

Fly to Lamezia Terme
From the airport use motorway A3 (E45) to Reggio di Calabria
Leave the A3 at Pizzo turning.
Follow SP6 (SS522) to Tropea
Parghelia is 3km before you reach Tropea
Take the 3rd turning into the village and Marasusa is sign posted.
Or catch a train from Lamezia to Tropea

Firstly I would like to say a big thank you for being so understanding with all our problems. We thought your apartment was lovely and clean. It appeared to have all essentials required to spend a relaxing holiday and evenings in without necessarily having to go out for a meal. With a breathtaking view like you have there and fantastic pool it just seemed wow. The whole complex looked well groomed and very impressive. Monica the complex manager was really lovely and ever so helpful.
