The apartment is part of the Marasusa complex which includes a large pool, jacuzzi and kids pool, a bar and extensive gardens.
The nearby town of Tropea is an example of a beautiful historic traditional town with cobbled streets, lots of outdoor cafes and restaurants. At the end of the main street is an incredible cliff edge overlooking the beautiful white sandy beach and turquoise seas down below. Check out also the ancient church towards the southern end of the beach.
The main 50m2 terrace is the focal point of the apartment with stunning 180 degree views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Great views of the town of Tropea, the active volcano of Stromboli in the distance and gorgeous sunsets.

The Southern Italy / Calabria region
The region is surrounded by beautiful beaches and vast mountain ranges providing great diversity throughout the peninsula.
The area basks in sun much of the year round with summer temperatures often in the 30 - 40C range. This is subtly complemented by the presense of a cooling coastal breeze. The warm temperatures and extended summer season mean this is an area that can be enjoyed much of the year round.

Tropea / Parghelia area
Tropea is quite simply a beautiful Italian town set on the west coast of Italy's southern most region. The town is regarded as one of the most pictureque in the region due to it's stunning scenery, marina and white sandy beaches. The unspoilt town is also host to a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes making it the perfect location to soak up the Italian way of life.
There is a coastal train service that will take you to other resorts and in the summer there are ferries to Sicily and the Aeolian Islands - including Stromboli.
Within touching distance of Parghelia are a vast number of mountains that can be visited by car. There are a number of other coastal beauty spots close by but Tropea leads the way.
Scuba diving and fishing are both available to do through established companies on the Tropea beach front, as well as pedlo hire if you want to explore the bay from a different perspective.
How to get there
Flights Direct flights from UK to Lamezia. Tropea and the apartment are approximately 45 minutes drive from Lamezia. Low cost airline Ryanair flies from Stansted.

Further details indoors: The top floor apartment contains a combined lounge/kitchen area connecting to the large terrace and balcony. There is one double bedroom and a smaller second bedroom which contains bunk beds. The lounge has a leather sofa-bed which sleeps a further two people plus a dining table and leather chairs for indoor use. Every room has sea views and air-conditioning.
Further details outdoors: Outside dining includes a large table with 6 chairs and a high table and chairs at the very edge of balcony. There is a second balcony accessed from the lounge/kitchen also with spectacular views.
