The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

Troia is located at the beautiful Troia peninsula, surrounded by the ocean on one side and the river on the other. Right next to a natural park, you can have both the tranquillity of long walks or golf, or you can choose a fashion restaurant and a more crowded beach from the endless miles of beaches.

Use the Swimming-pool and Spa from the Hotel against a daily fee (100 metres from the apartment) or go dolphin watching in their natural environment departing from the marina;
Visit the Roman ruins or go for a quick safari at the 'Badoca Park';
You can also rent a car and visit historic 'Lisbon' and world heritage village 'Sintra'.

How to get there

For 1 week rentals or more, transfer is included from Lisbon Airport to the apartment and back.

The nearest airport is the Lisbon Airport, to which most international airlines fly. The cheapest airline flying to and from Portugal is probably 'easyjet'.

By car, follow the highway 'A2' and take the 'Setúbal' exit, then take the ferry boat to cross to the Troia peninsula.

Arrival from 12:00 to 19:00. Always contact the owner to get the keys to the apartment. Arrivals before 12:00 or after 19:00 have to be previously arranged with the owner.
Departure until 12:00.
Refundable € 84 security deposit per person (minimum € 250) required with final balance payment.

Conditions
48 hours of pre-booking will be secured before your confirmation by payment 30% of the amount due. In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be:
Up to 60 days prior to arrival 10 % of the total amount.
Up to 45 days prior to arrival 20 % of the total amount.
Up to 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount.
Up to 21 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total amount.
Less than 21 days prior to arrival or "no show" 100 % of the total amount.

Conditions

Bookings shorter than 4 days not accepted.

If the reservation is cancelled until the 15th day prior to arrival, 50% of the total price reverts to the owner and is not refunded.

If the reservation is cancelled after the 15th day prior to arrival, 100% of the total price reverts to the owner and is not refunded.
