The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region
60 Km kilometrs from the centre of Lisbon, driving south, the ochre and blue unspoiled beaches on the coastline open on to a vast Atlantic horizon. Verging on the white sands of the Atlantic coast , is Sol Troia condominium with its private swimming pool , beach, installations and tennis courts. In terms of gastronomy, the Southern part of Lisbon is an area of the most freshly caught fish with an abundance of sea food. The customary high quality of the catch justifies that certain species are often associated with these places: whiting, swordfish, sea Bass, daurade and clams from Sesimbra and red mullet and crabs from Setúbal. Cheese made from ewe's milk in Azeitão and wines produced in the region of Palmela, with special emphasis on "Moscatel" and "Periquita" varieties, are also intemationally renowned for their high quality.
Troia / Soltroia area
Arrabida Mountain is a National Park whose foot is either sea or beaches, in general, in small coves. You can find some unique surviving primitive Mediterranean vegetation in the world . It protects Peninsula de Troia from the northern winds . Arrabida means place of prayer and so there is a beautiful Convent you can visit . Nature tour companies organize some interesting excursions not only through Arrabida Mountain and Peninsula de Troia but also along the river and the coast for a beautiful birdwatching such as flamingos and storks as well as dolphins . Peninsula de Troia is between The Sado and the Atlantic Ocean opposite Setúbal . It´s about 18km long and 0.8km wide and there are river and ocean beaches . The Ocean coast is about 80km long of wild soft white sand beaches and very clean waters. Both the Peninsula and this coast are in a protected area and so development has been very controlled here. Perfect place to be quite alone in those beaches. In Soltroia Condominium all the villas and apartments are private . The condominium has a security for 24 hours a day .
How to get there
From Lisbon Airport: Take E01 / Segunda Circular, Head towards A12 Sul- Ponte Vasco da Gama. Pass Ponte Vasco da Gama and take IP1 Highway, drive for about 35km than take the exit towards Alcacer do Sal: Exit 8 -Alcácer do Sal. Continue along: IC1, pass Ponte De Alcácer than turn righ towards N253 . Pass by Batalha, at Comporta, Continue along: N253-1 about 10 Km, until you arrive at Soltrioa Resort ( on the left side of the road 5 Km before Troia). Is around 1h 20 minutes driving.

You can also take a boat tour to meet with the dolphins from the Sado’s estuary. 4km away you can visit archaeological excavations from a Roman city. In the surroundings, you can find other nearly desert clear water beaches and small villages where you can taste the local gastronomy.

Arrival/ Departure for week stay, from Saturday till Saturday prefered. Minimum stay 7 nights. Arrival from 14.00 to 19.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or person in charge of the keys within the a/m period in order to guarantee the respective delivery. Departure until 10.00. Refundable breakages deposit of 200 euros required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons reserved / reconfirmed, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission. Smoking allowed.
Conditions
48 hours of pre-booking will be secured before your confirmation by payment 30% of the amount due. In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be: Up to 60 days prior to arrival 10 % of the total amount. Up to 45 days prior to arrival 20 % of the total amount. Up to 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount. Up to 21 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total amount. Less than 21 days prior to arrival or "no show" 100 % of the total amount.
