Dine in the sunshine on your own private balcony as you take in panoramic sea views, or watch the sunset as you walk hand in hand on the cobbled beach below, just footsteps from the apartment.
During the day lay out whilst the kids splash around in the on-site swimming pool, or take a walk to the many charming local shops and restaurants of Businci, all located with easy walking distance.
The larger tourist resort of Okrug Gornji is only 1 km away, and the popular tourist town and world heritage site Trogir is also within 4 kms, meaning at night you are just a quick taxi ride to the beating heart of the Adriatic night-life, a tourist hotspot renowned for it's vibrant atmosphere, bustling with busy bars and sensational summer music festivals. With a wide range of watersports, scenic strolls, historical sites and picturesque hikes to embark upon, Villa Alana is the perfect place to hang your flip flops at the end of each fun filled day.

The Dalmatia region
Arguably one of the Mediterranean's best kept secrets, The Dalmation coast is bursting with beauty from it's picturesque villages enamoured with Romanesque and Gothic architecture, to its lush vegetation, lavish flora, blossoming vineyards and breath taking waterfalls.
Relax and bathe in crystal clear ocean waters that warm to a temperate 21 degrees in summer months, or scuba dive down beneath the surface and explore an underwater museum of shipwrecks from WWI, hidden amidst magnificent Mediterranean fauna. Picnic atop the cliffs and watch the sunrise or go wild white water rafting through the crooked canyons below.
Walk hand in hand along pebbled beaches as the sun goes down, or stroll the cobbled streets and share a romantic dinner at your choice of charming local restaurants and cafes. With average summer temperatures of 29 degrees, the only thing warmer than the sun on your face will be the welcome you receive from the delightful Croatian people
Trogir / Ciovo area
Trogir and Split are renowned for their summer festivals, with summer long festivities performed in open air theatres throughout the city and town. Here you can expect plays, ballets, operas and a range of live music concerts. When in Split be sure to visit Diocletian's Palace, a magnificent work of architecture unrivalled in historic stature and grandiosity dating all the way back to 295 AD.
When in Trogir be sure and visit the church of St. Lawrence, whose main west portal is highly regarded as the most remarkable Romanesque piece in all Croatia. If in search of a place to dine try the waterfront (Riva in Croatian), there you are bound to find a delicacy to suit your taste buds from traditional Dalmatian specialities to pizza's or just sit in one of the many waterfront bars and have a coffee or a local Wine. From Trogir you can rent a boat, or ferry out to the secluded islands of Drvenik Mali and Drvenik Veli where you can find your own private beach for the day.
If taking it easy is more your thing, stay local and relax at Saldun Beach in Okrug Gornji, the most popular of Ciovo's sandy beaches. Rise with the sun and engage in a wide range of activities from swimming and snorkelling to various other water sports then later browse the surrounding beach bars and restaurants and bask in some local entertainment whilst sampling in an exquisite array of tantalizing local cuisine.
How to get there
Villa Alana is located near Okrug Gornji on the island of Ciovo, and is connected to the mainland via bridge at Trogir.
Villa Alana is just 9 km from Split International Airport.
