Apartmani Dalmacija is located in a peaceful and quiet bay,the balconies overlook the sea and the house is 65m from the sea. Distance to amenties is 65m from the apartmant. Also the Village is 20km from the most famous town of Trogir (UNESCO).
The Apartment was built in 2006 and completed 2008. The house has three floors and apartment sis are located on three levels.with a full sea view. All apartments are fully self contained with a full size kitchen & private balcony,
The village has a 1800 year history, see the old and the new, observe the locals working without modern equipment, see old and new proprties, observe that some locals live in homes were bult at the turn of the century.
Most of the local populations families have lived in the village for several hundred years and old traditional farming is still used today.

Trogir area
Visit Split, the second largest city in Croatia. The Mediterranean City has a 1800 year old history also it is also the cultural capital of Damatia. Take a wander aroud the worlf famous Dioclecians Palace, with its shops, bars, restraraunts and view the magnificent 2000 year history in the buidings. take walk up the catherderal tower and look a the breath taking view of the old city.
There are many places of interest all within easy reach, the whole of the dalmatian coast has an abundance of culteral history, see the old and the new.
If you want the night life, there are several night clubs with live music to suit all ages.
In Vinisce several times in the summer thier is the old culteral costume parades, singing and dancing all by the locals. See the local fisherman using skills that have been praticed for hundreds of years. Purchase fresh fish daily.

How to get there
Split Airport, Car Hire, Bus, Taxi. - shuttle service can be provided by Apartmanti Dalmacija.
Taxi to Vinisce can be costly - expensive.
Bus, take a taxi for a short journey to Trogir bus depot, (approx 5 minutes travel time0) 3km and get a bus to Vinisce, travel time 30 minutes. distance approx 18km.
Car hire, drive north, drive to the Town of Trogir stay on the main road for 12km until to reach a town called Marina, immediatley turn and follow the sign for Vinisce. Once in Vinisce drive down to the sea and turn left. drive on for several hundred yards and take the second turning on the left.
This is immediatley after the first turning. follow the road until you get to the second house on the left "Apartmani Dalmacija".

Further details indoors: The apartmant is furnished with all new furniture and of good quality.
The bedrooms are spacious and airy and tastefully furnished for a relaxing atmosphere. They are of a good size with plenty of storage space within the double wardrobes.
Bedrooms have a wooden laminat flooring and the remainder of the apartment is tiled throughout.
The property has 3 sun balconies with a good view of the bay. Perfect for relaxing also it has a bouble door for ease of access . The balconies are equipped with table and chairs and sun screans for eating outside if you wish
Further details outdoors: The House is in its own plot with access through a 6m sliding gate (vehicle access) or a pedestrian gate.
All vehicles are protected from the sun by a 6 parking space canopy. runnng water is available to wash your vehicle if you wish.
The house has a 25000 ltr water tank ( hidden under the car park) in the event the water main goes off .
The garden has fruit trees, fesh vegatables and grape vines (planted 2006).
The apartment has easy access and is well lit at night.
Security lights are fitted around the house,
There is a large smoke house ideal grilling fish and meat dishes.
