The villa is situated on a pretty peninsular 10 minutes drive from the city of Trogir, a world heritage site. The villa is set on a hillside in the old fishing village of Seget Vranijca overlooking the bay of Trogir and the Dalmatia islands. The village has 3 restaurants, 2 bars and 3 shops plus a bakery all within easy walking distance. There is a quaint little harbour, where boats can be rented, and a beach.
The location is idyllic with sea views from the terrace area where you can dine and relax making use of the BBQ provided, all amenities are within walking distance so you really do have the best of both worlds.

The Dalmatia region
The long, rugged Dalmatian coast, backed by high mountains with hundreds of offshore islands, is becoming Europe's most popular vacation spot. In summer, Dalmatia is flooded with Italian tourists attracted by the marvellous Dalmatian cuisine. Each island in Dalmatia has its own character from trendy hotspot to secluded getaway. The coast is dotted with everything from major cities such as Split and Zadar to picture-perfect beaches such as lovely Brela Beach.
Trogir area
Seget Vranjica is a peaceful old fishing village, 5km to the west of the world heritage city of Trogir, nestled on a peninsular over looking the bay and nearby islands. In the quaint village there is a small harbour where boat hire is available. There are 3 restaurants 2 bars and two typical village shops and a small supermarket all within walking distance.
The shore is rocky with swimming platforms near the properties however there is a beach within walking distance of the village. The views in Vranjica are stunning and the atmosphere is extremely relaxing.
The people here are very friendly. Do not get surprised if the landlord invites you to join him for a lunch or offer you domestic vegetables and fruits.
How to get there
Transfer time to Split Airport is 20 minutes, an airport transfer can be arranged on request.

The villa is 15 minute drive from Split airport.

Two weeks prior to your departure we require a refundable breakages deposit of £200, this will be repaid within 4 weeks of your return minus any deductions.
Please note that prices are for the villa and not per person, villa sleeps up to 8 persons.
The use of a travel cot, high chair, fans and welcome packs are available for our guests, if you require either of these items please notify us before you travel.
