Villa Tanja is located on the beautiful island of Ciovo close to the sea, just five " minutes' walk from the beach, on the outskirts of the town. You can enjoy the nearby beach, if you go a little further for swimming and sunbathing, you can choose a natural stone and pebble beaches are submerged into the natural landscape of pines and olive trees and soak up the sun and the scents of the Mediterranean.
Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts, including many excellent restaurants for eating out.
Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony/terasse with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Our apartments are comfortable and pleasant to stay. The special content gives them a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and landscape. Villa Tanja is located in a quiet part of the island, and near enough all the necessary amenities.

Conditions

Confirmation of reservations is done by paying 30% of the total price in advance within 3 days after the inquiry. The rest of the rent paid on arrival at Villa Tanja. In the event of later cancelling of reservation advance will not be refunded. Confirmation of payment by e-mail is required.
The price includes the final cleaning, use of air conditioning, towels and bedclothes. Towels and bedclothes will be changed once a week (or as needed).

The Trogir / Okrug Gornji area

Old settlement Okrug Gornji (literally translates to “Upper District”) is a small fishing port. Okrug Gornji is situated on the island of Ciovo which is connected to the mainland with a bridge. With this, Ciovo is considered island and part of the mainland at the same time.
The most popular tourist destination in Trogir region is Okrug Gornji with his very popular beach 3 kilometers away from Trogir. It’s easily reachable by road which follows south side of island Ciovo. Two kilometers long gravel beach is also called “Trogir Copacabana” because of its beauty and popularity.
Large number of beach bars, and few restaurants are keeping this place alive through the night. There’s also a watersport center with big offer for your active summer fun.

Trogir riviera consists of 20 islands, small towns and villages. From Okrug Gornji to Trogir, except with car, you can arrive by buss or boat. Boat is leaving from the beach “Copacabana” every half hour. It’s good idea to use boat instead of buss because they are very crowded in the peak season. You can also go to Okrug Gornji by boat from Trogir.
If you’re traveling by car, you can use two roads to get to Trogir: Žedno or Saldun.

Monument history backs many years into the past, all the way to the third century BC, when Greek colonists from Visa began creating history of this city. City its self is a beautiful sight, but it’s worth pointing out amazing cathedral of St. Lovro (Sv. Lovre), which portal was constructed by famous master Radovan, beautiful fort Kamerlengo, on the very entrance to the city you will be greeted and amazed by palace Garagnin-Fanfonga, which is also the museum of the city, and north city gates from 7th and 8th century. It’s interesting that first pharmacy store in Europe was opened in Trogir in 1271.

“Beautiful place, fantastic welcome and perfect hostess” Trogir is an absolutely beautiful city. We wished we had spent more time here! Villa Tanja is set in a quiet part of the "island", but a short distance to all amenities, including beaches, restaurants and shops. It is a lovely apartment and a great deal of love and care is put into ensuring the apartment has everything that you need and that you have a lovely stay. We had a wonderful time - thank you Tanja and we wish you all the very best - and maybe see you again!

“Clean, stylish, every appliance you need” Very clean, bright and modern apartment. Owner was extremely accommodating and helpful with every aspect of our trip. The one and only downside is the location: we are city people who like to be in the limelight of the city. The home was about 15 mins from the city of Trogir, where all the restaurants and nightlife is. Buses do not go to the apartment, and a car is needed to get around. There were scooter rentals nearby to make the area more accessible. The beach is about a 5 min walk, but the main beach is about a 25 min walk. Gorgeous water, but need to bring water shoes as it is very rocky.

“My best holidays” When we made our decision to go to Croatia we could not even imagine that we come to paradise. The most beautiful nature, the cleanest sea and very hospitable people. We were four adults and one three year-old child (my wife, our child's godmother and her sister - nothing to be jealous about, i know =)) Why Trogir? 1. We needed a beach with a normal walk-in (for a child), no pier, no stones. 2. Interesting environment - we were surrounded by mountains and frests. 3. Beautiful city for walks. 4. And a couple of nearby places to visit by car and come back the same day. We left Uzhhorod at 23:30 and by noon reached our destination. We were a little afraid because we were driving like that for the first time, alone without a touroperator. Apartments were ordered via Internet. We were scared in vain! We lived in luxurious apartment "Vila Tanya". Its owners Tanya and Zvone were very nice, kind and caring to us. They met us as relatives whom they rarely see. And when we moved to aparment and looked around we felt like home. There was everything needed: air conditioners in every room, complete renovation of the apartment, everything clean and cozy. Only 2-3 min. walking to the beach. Villa is situated in a very quiet place and about 10min. of walk from a quay where cafes and restaurants with local cuisine are placed. You should definitely try local grilled fish - villa's owner treated us -it's delicious! I'd like to thank to Tanya and Zvone for hospitality and love and say that it was our best vacation. P.S. we definitely come back to you
