Apartment with a breathtaking view of the sea and islands, blue-green landscape for you to enjoy the whole day - with coffee, lunch, internet, book or Tv. Excellent position on the south side of the island of Ciovo.

Enjoy nature, sun and the sea on your own outdoor private area!

Spacious 84m2 apartment with two bedrooms - one with double bed, another with two single beds which could be placed separated or together, as you wish.

A living room is oriented to the sea, which is noticeable from every corner. There is a sofa-bed for two.

Kitchen with dining area is openly connected with the living room and also facing the sea. Balcony is placed along the kitchen and the living room with entrances from each.

Kitchen is fully equipped, with big fridge, microwave oven...

Bathrooms are next to the bedrooms, with toilet, sink, big mirror and shower cabin.

The balcony is, however, the best "room" of them all - from early morning sun to evening moon shine at sea.

This apartment is placed on the 2nd floor from main entrance, but balcony is on the third floor because of hilly terrain.

WiFi internet, Sat -Tv, air condition, own parking, towels, bed linen, final cleaning, sojourn taxes - it's all included in the price.

There is a shared barbecue by the main entrance (also with an awesome sea view!), a baby bed and high chair - those should be asked for if available at the moment and are charged extra, please check the rates.

Your well behaved pets are most welcome! Please check rates and inquire with pet details before booking.

Check out the location info, there is lots to do and see in the area! So, it is up to you if you prefer quiet days and nights or check out the countryside or visit islands, restaurants and clubs.

Excellent position on the south side of the island of Ciovo. Clean sea beach is just 50m from the house!

Spacious 84m² apartment with two bedrooms, an extra bed in the living room for two and two bathrooms with shower. Comfortably suitable for 4-6 people.
The balcony is, however, the best "room" of them all - from early morning sun to evening moon shine at sea.

The house has been built recently, has a neat garden with Mediterranean plants.

By main house entrance is a neat barbecue area, available to all of our guests. It also has nice sea view and natural afternoon shade. BBQ is shared and has to be announced and it's paid per use.

Parking is next to the house. One parking is reserved, if needed please request 2nd in advance.
Parking spaces on Dalmatian coast (especially so close to the sea) are scarce and somewhat a luxury. Depending on situation at desired period we will try to secure another parking if needed, slight chance it could come with a small daily fee. Please inquire!

Baby bed and high chair are reserved (if available) on request. Please inquire!

Hosts are very well informed and offer many touristic information gladly.

Washing machine in the house can be used upon request.

Beach equipment isn't supplied by default, but feel free to check with hosts if some you need is available at the moment.

Conditions

25% of rental fee is required upon early booking (30 days or more before arrival).
50% of rental fee is required upon late booking (less then 30 days before arrival).

Apartment in on the 2nd floor and isn't suitable for wheelchair or anybody with mobility problem. In that case please contact us with specific info, we'll try to arrange a ground level apartment.

The Dalmatia region

DALMATIA has been very popular since antiquity and always on (at least) summer calender for Croats. Lately (re)discovered by the world! Great climate, awesome nature, good food, good wine - so why not!?
Nature's beauty is all around, dominant blue sea, but not just that. Weather national parks, a small neat hidden beach, or busy popular beaches - whatever you prefer, you can't escape to admire the work of nature around here.

Beautiful towns from the Unesco's World Heritage list are nearby: TROGIR (4km), SPLIT (30km), ŠIBENIK (50km).
Our guests usually also love day tips to other destinations, like: National park KRKA 64 km away, National park KORNATI (boat trip).
Other popular islands nearby are ŠOLTA, HVAR and BRA?, each beautiful in their own way.

The Trogir / Okrug Gornji area

CIOVO is a special island in beautiful Dalmatia. Actually, its not really an island! It's connected to mainland with 2 bridges through Trogir. So, from ?iovo, you can visit Trogir or Split by car or by boat.

There are few villages on Ciovo and OKRUG GORNJI is central and biggest one on the island.
In the village center is the main beach with amenities (water sports, boat rentals and such) and beach bars. There are also supermarkets. Post office, pharmacy, doctors office, the church are on top of the hill in the center, 500m to 1km away.

Not long ago, most housings on the island were vacation houses of people from Split. Lately it was found by many European tourists and it grew as touristic destination and got fast up on "Adriatic's top list".

It can be quiet when you want it or crowdy. There are many quiet beaches or long pebble beach at center of the island - with water/beach sports days and bars with Dj's at nights.
There are all kinds of restaurants, from pizzeria's to sea food specialists.

Of course Trogir and Split also offer many nice cultural sites, as quality restaurants or night life.


Our house is on south, quiet area with nice view of semi-open sea and, most of all, green island Šolta. The view is relaxing and meditative, the street is small and quiet and it looks like it ends in the sea, but it actually ends on the beach.

Our closest beach is rocks leveled with concrete, used by local people and guests from the street. It has nice friendly feeling and we're keeping it neat and clean. Close to it is beach with pebble, good for getting kids adjusted to the sea or learning how to swim.
If you prefer, sunbathing is best on the balcony or the garden. Being only 50m from the sea, its easy to walk down to swim whenever - at dawn, daytime, sunset or nights.

Water sports, diving center, boat rentals, boat trips... - it's all available within a km from our house.
Tennis court and sport center are only 200m away.

If you plan to come by plane fly to Split - Split Airport is 11 km away from our house.

Car is advised! If you dont travel by car, we would strongly suggest taking a rent-a-car on the airport.

Nearest bus station is in Trogir, nearest train station in Split. From Split there is a bus and boat line to Ciovo.

“The perfect combination of spectacular sea view, hospitality and clean apartment” We chose the apartment due to the nice pictures and the good position and we where not only pleased but stunned. What we could not read about was the hospitality of family Cukor, who really did their best to please us and make us appreciate our stay in their apartment and in Croatia. The apartment in it self at the top floor was really nice and especially we want to write about how clean and tidy it was. We also enjoyed the calm area allowing us to rest when we wanted. We can definitive recommend the apartment and the stay out at Okrug Gornji Michael & Laura
