A well appointed, spacious and contemporary house located in a peaceful wooded valley just ½ a mile from the beautiful Tresaith beach. Ty Isaf is one of two adjoining self catering holiday rental properties with 3 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 6 with the benefit of 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). Step out of the bifold doors onto the decked area and enclosed patio overlooking the large garden and woodland beyond. Every room has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with our guests comfort and convenience in mind at all times. Price includes quality bed linen, towels, utilities and wifi but please bring your own beach towels.

Located on a quiet country lane on the outskirts of the charming seaside village of Tresaith. Ideally situated for some of the most picturesque and idyllic beaches that West Wales has to offer, including the Blue Flag beaches of Tresaith and Aberporth and the more rural Green Coast awarded Penbryn, Mwnt and Cwtydu all easily accessible by car or along the Welsh Coastal path. If a casual stroll is more your thing then The Ship Inn pub and Tresaith beach are a half mile amble down the hill. With the UK's largest dolphin pod living in Cardigan Bay the area is famous for dolphin spotting. Activity seekers will find plenty of scope for adventure with surfing, sailing and coasteering being popular on this stretch of the West Wales coast.

The two ensuite bedrooms are configurable as having a superking bed or two singles each, we'll contact you after booking regarding your requirements. For those with mobility issues, note there are two or three steps between some rooms and a steep driveway. Our adjoining property, Y Llofft Tresaith, is single storey and as such more suitable.

The West Wales/Pembrokeshire region

Ceredigion is perfect for a summer holiday or winter break, with award winning beaches, sandy coves, sea cliffs, caves and wonderful wildlife, spectacular sunsets, and starry dark skies. It is probably lesser known on the tourist trail than it's neighbour, Pembrokeshire, but has just as much to offer and more. With the UK's largest dolphin pod living in Cardigan Bay then dolphin spotting is a popular attraction. The Ceredigion stretch of the Wales Coast Path runs from Ynyslas in the north to Cardigan in the south, a 60 mile stretch offering some of the most varied scenery along the 870 mile length of Wales. From the university towns of Aberystwyth and Lampeter to tiny seaside villages, county towns and rural hamlets, Ceredigion offers, beautiful scenery, Blue Flag beaches and a host of attractions combined with 1600 years of history.

Tresaith

Ty Isaf is located on a quiet country lane leading down to the beach, 1/2 a mile away. The village is made up of a mixture of permanent residencies and holiday accommodation. There is a pub/restaurant, The Ship Inn, with an excellent view over the beach, there is also a beach shop/cafe but that does not sell day to day provisions. The nearest groceries can be purchased from the Gogerddan garage away, or the neighbouring village of Aberporth (1.5 miles) which can be reached by road or via the coastal path. There is an excellent farm shop and farm butchers shop in the area, both around 1.5 miles from Ty Isaf. There is also an active sailing club, the Tresaith Mariners who meet most Sundays throughout the season, with visiting sailors welcome. Tresaith is a popular location for surfing too. In the right conditions, sets can reach 2 metres in height. Winter time provides best conditions for enthusiastic surfers.

"Fantastic holiday home!"

Being very lucky with the weather during our week at Tresaith, we had one our best summer holidays in the UK spending lots of time on the great local beaches and touring the area. But what really made it was this luxurious 5* holiday home! We had everything we could possibly need (enormous comfortable lounge, kitchen with everything, cosy bedrooms, big patio/decking area and large garden). We couldn't have asked for more and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful...we will be back!
