Holiday Villa is tastefully restored and furnished with antique furniture from the area.. The villas can comfortably accommodate 6 guests each - or 12 guests when rented together Each can be rented separately for a romantic get - away or family holiday - or together for large families or friends who would like to holiday together... but prefer the privacy of separate lodgings.

The Bratislava / West Slovakia / Trencin region
Slovakia is one of the wonderful, yet undiscovered ....very reasonanly priced..... tourist destinations that will surprise visitors with its beautiful countryside, charming people, pristine lakes and forests, nearby ski resorts, breathtaking mountains, unspoiled nature, an endless amount of cultural treasures, museums, castles and quaint villages where time seems to stand still.
Trencin is a beautifully restored city with cobblestone streets, charming sidewalk cafes, and a magnificent old castle towering above it
Trencianske Teplice area
The house is beautifully located in a spa town with facilities for thalassotherapy treatments, a ski area ,riding stables within a five minute drive, an endless possibility for walks and excursions, a newly costructed public thermal outdoor pool just a few minutes stroll form the house, a very beautiful old park with a swan lake, tennis courts and minigolf, a concert hall with top artist appearances and a cinema showing recent original version English/American films...all within a five minute stroll from the house. Among a large variety of interesting events organised during the year, Trencianske Teplice is host to the famous annual International Art Film Festival in June and a National Handicrafts Fair in July.
Slovakia is one of the undiscovered treasures of Eastern Europe ...and Trencianske Teplice is one of the very pleasant discoveries one can make by venturing off the beaten tourist paths. It is a gem nestled in a little valley and surrounded by forests, lakes and lovely rolling meadows The magnificent Tatra mountains are just a little over an hour away from the house, as is the breathtaking natural beauty of the Slovak Paradise , the historic capital Bratislava, charming villages such as Cicmany and the world famous spa of Piestany. .Nearby is also an endless list of old castles to explore, and the wonders of nature abound in the form of caverns, gorges , waterfalls and an impressive list of caves ....one of the most notable among them being the breathtaking Dobsinska Ice Cave .
How to get there
From the airport in Bratislava take the highway in the direction of Trencin and Zilina. Exit the highway at Trencin. and follow directions for Zilina At a small town called Trencianska Tepla, turn right to Trencianske Teplice . After following the main road towards the centre, turn left at the cobbled street where the little streetcar turms... and 6 Nadrazna is the third house in, on the left side of the street. If you miss it, ask directions for Kristoff Plaza Apartments., located at the end of the street

Further details indoors: Each villa is provided with all the comforts of home that you may require , including a dvd and cd library, games and books, sports equipment such as bicycles, ball games etc kitchen necessities such as spices, teas and coffee etc...so that you will immediately feel at home while enjoying your unique surroundings.The large open plan living room, dining room provide a large area for the family to enjoy together . The bedrooms are exceptionally spacious and bed linen and towels are provided and changed every week of your stay.The living room opens onto the garden with a double door and large windows along the entire wall .
Further details outdoors: A large patio with a barbecue pit and a circular seating arrangement for cookouts will provide many enjoyable al fresco meals..The garden is very large and would allow children a wonderful area for games and discovery, and someone with a green thumb hours of enjoyment. Tennis courts and a swimming pool are available at extra cost down the street and in town

To confirm a reservation, we require a 25% deposit and the remainder a month prior to arrival or in cash to our agent upon checking in. A deposit of 100 euros will be required upon check in to cover eventual breakage or damage. This will be totally reimbursed at the time of check out if all is well . Pets are welcome but guests are advised as extra charges may be made. depending on the pet PLEASE NOTE; Smokers are welcome, but smoking is not allowed inside the villa - terraces with breathtaking views are provided for this purpose.

We had a lovely time and wished we could have stayed longer.Your house was warm and comfortable with everything we needed and Lea and Denisa were very helpful. It was a real change to enjoy a wood fire on two evenings and we enjoyed exploring the rooms which have so much character.We enjoyed eating in the local restaurants and the supermarket was very convenient. We also visited Trencin and spent a day touring the region when we saw the houses of Cicmany and the Slovakian Bethlehem. We had a lovely holiday in Slovakia and really enjoyed our time in Teplice - both in the village itself and also exploring the local area. Villa 2 was very comfortable - it had everything that we could have needed - and more! We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather so spent a lot of time in the garden and made use of the bbq, badminton set and paddling pool.. I really can't think of anything else that you could have included that we needed or could have done with - everything was there! The weather was superb for the rest of our stay and we ended up having a very enjoyable time there (in the villa ) and in Slovakia. The decor in all the rooms was very good and it is probably the best equipped rental home I've ever had. The lounge in particular is a lovely room and we enjoyed using the BBQ one night. I have to say we were all very impressed with the Slovakian countryside and had a couple of lovely days out. The information pack you have compiled was also very helpful.
