The residence boasts an all year round heated jacuzzi and sauna, a huge swimming pool whilst your home features a private wrap around lake view balcony, enticing lake views, secure private parking and above all, the perfect haven to relax your batteries whilst embracing a little dolce vita!!

Sitting on the balcony...is just pure beauty. We really enjoyed our stay, the kids loved the pool...The apartment was just so lovely, with plenty of room and excellent facilities.

Just a few lines to let you know that we absolutely loved Residence Tremezzo. We arrived at Apt 11 in the late evening and couldn't believe the view over the lake at night. It was breathtaking! The apartment was so well laid out to make the most of the beautiful sunshine - the patio doors from the bedroom allowed the sun to shine through in the early morning. The apartment was very well equipped and the standard of furnishing was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants in Tremezzo itself, only a walk down the hill , and they all offered great value for money. The pool is a great size and well able to cater for the number of apartments. We enjoyed day trips to St. Moritz, Como and to Menaggio where we were treated with an amazing spectacle of a lightning storm! All in all we had a lovely holiday but I think we got the best in apartment 11!

Couldn’t be happier with the apartment! Fantastic location with a view to die for! Beautiful kept and equipped apartment with all necessaries available as well as a gorgeous pool area (a little cold in Oct though…). Check-in & out well organized. High recommendable!
