Mini market, fresh fruit and veg plus the choicest cuts inc authenitc italian Salami can by found close by.
Only the road that accesses the whole lake from Villa Carlotta close by to Menaggio or down to the City of Como separates you and the apartment from the lake. A golden sandy beach is just a short drive from your apartment. Situtated in upmarket Tremezzo, neighbours include the famous Villa Carlotta with its acres of majestic gardens, the 5 star Grand Hotel Tremezzo, some delicious italian trattorias and bars and miles of mesmering blue waters that is Lake Como all just minutes from your front door!

The apartment is brand new and enjoys its premium top floor position, offering wonderful lake views over to Bellagio and has been tastefully furnished in a contemporary style with modern furniture, fitted kitchen, spotless bathroom and a comfortable double bedroom. Tremezzo is the perfect base to explore the lake from Menaggio & Bellagio to Villa Balbianello, Milan, Switzerland and Como city all reachable for a memorable day trip. The frequent ferry and bus service will mean you can easily get out and about, however for holidaymakers wishing to make use of a car, communal car parking is available in front of your apartment next to the lake. However with 3 balconies with unforgettable lake views you may be tempted to just sit back and relax, pour another glass of Prosecco and toast your stay here in Lake Como. Remember, one visit is never enough!

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area region

Lake Como for relaxing, rest and recuperation! The apartment is situated just 5 metres from the lake, restaurants, bars, ferry and bus which means you can take it easy as you wish-or get out and about on and around the lake!
The mild climate with gentle breeze whipped up from the lake acts as a welcome respite from the balmy summer sun. In fact all 4 seasons exist with weather as you would normally expect and the seasonal prescence of porcini mushrooms in autumn toa sparagus in spring further underline the point.
Food, relaxation and beauty are interwined here whether you enjoy long lakeside walks, lazy lunches or relaxing on a beach with the backdrop of majestic mountains which engulfs the mesmering lake there is something here for everyone!

Would just like to let you know what a wonderful week we had in your apartment on Lake Como. We couldn't believe what a beautiful situation the apartment was in. We did hire a car, but parked it on the Saturday we arrived, and never touched it till we left the following Saturday. We used public buses and the ferries to get around.
This is just to let you know that we were very impressed with the apartment, and the high quality of fitments etc. Thankyou.
