The property is in the heart of the area known as Tremezzina, one of the most sought after areas of the lake with world famous Villa Carlotta and The Grand Hotel Tremezzo. The apartment is situated next to delicious the local bars , restaurants and renowned gelateria close by. Mini market, fresh fruit and veg plus the choicest cuts inc authenitc italian Salami can by found close by.
The apartment contains all mod cons from tv and dvd to dishwasher and washing machine and has been tastefully furnished throughout. This top floor home represents the ideal apartment for a base to explore the whole of the lake from Bellagio to Menaggio and with the lake, ferry and bus route just a few metres walk from the accommodation you are never far from the buzz of the lake!
In fact only the road that accesses the whole of the lake from Menaggio to Como separates you and the apartment from the lake itself!
