Alissia is a beautifully furnished apartment furnished with very high quality fixtures and furnishings, it has excellent elevated lake views and is 800 to the centre of Tremezzo and lake shore. The apartment has a covered terrace with 1 metre high wall which is added safety for toddlers. The apartment is suitable for small families or couples

Upon entering the apartment there is a large modern living room/dining/kitchen area (42sq m) complete with modern high quality fittings and furnishings and wooden floors throughout. The living room area has a sofa, chairs, TV, DVD player and 2 standard lamps whilst the open plan kitchen area houses an oven, 4 hotplates, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has a dining table and four chairs.
The lounge and dining room areas have 2 large patio doors that open onto a large terrace (11 sq m) with beautiful panoramic elevated lake views. There is outside furniture (table, chairs and sun loungers) ideal for al fresco dining and sun bathing. Bedroom 1 (16 sq m) contains a large double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and a large patio door leading onto a second terrace. Bedroom 2 (12 sq m) contains 2 single beds, large standard lamp, wardrobe, drawers with mirror and large patio door. Both bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment and open onto the second terrace (7sq m). The bathroom has a wc, bidet, washbasin and shower cubicle
In the basement of the apartment block there is a garage that houses the washing machine.

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area region

The Lombardy has a wealth of history, steeped in culture and famed for its cusine.

Lake Como has been loved as holiday destination by lots of travellers, thanks to the beauty of its landscapes, its charming villas looking onto the lake and its typical ancient villages.

The climate is perfect for water based activities as well as winter sports snowboarding and skiing and therefore makes Lake Como an ideal location for both summer and winter holidays.

The area contains the homes of many celebrities and wealthy Milanese have second homes dotted along the shoreline

The climate in this part of the region is hot in summer 28C - 32C and cold in winter as cold as -5C which makes the area ideal for both summer sun and winter ski holidays (nearest ski slopes at Madessimo - 40 minutes drive)

The Tremezzo area

Tremezzo is approximately 20 kilometres north of Como town is a bustling town that offers much in the way of nightlife, with many bars open until late in Tremezzo and Menaggio, and many restaurants specialising in typical “cucina Lariana”, which includes many fish dishes using fish freshly caught on the lake.
In the nearby town of Lenno there is a lido with exclusive beach (sand) is a popular place in the day for beach lovers, and equally as popular in the evening when it is transformed at sunset into a plush bar ideal for aperitif and then into the evening for restaurant food and lastly open air disco.
