About the home

This restored farmhouse closed to the 17th century manor is a very leasant and large holidays home for one or several families.In the midlle of the country with woods and pond it is close to the beaches, the touristic sites and main cities.With all the modern confort, 15 people can leave easily . All type of activities can be done from the Ferme Neuve by foot, bicycle or car.

Two living rooms for playing, reading or resting
The bedrooms are equipped with simple or double bed
On the groundfloor a bedroom with an en-suite
A lot of room to put one's things away

Conditions

30% of Rental Fee required immediately to secure booking with the balance to be paid eight weeks before arrival date.
Refundable breakages or excessive need of cleaning and keys deposit of €500 is required to be paid with the balance, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Bed linen and towels (not to be used as beach towels!) could be provided for 15€ per person and per change.

. Should the property be left in a poor condition, requiring more intensive cleaning, then this will be charged at €20/h and deducted from the security deposit.

Brittany is a marvellous destination for holidays , tourism, an all activities.

The Treffiagat area

Sea and nature : family beaches located less than 2km from the house. Sailboarding, surfing near La Torch, fishing, clamming, skin diving.
The footpaths around Treffiagat allow to visit all the area in a pleasant or sportive way with monuments, lanscape, birds, gaelic or prehistoric megaliths and stones; the coast, dotted whith long beaches of fine sand punctuated by little creeks.
Surrounded by 20 kms of coastline, Treffiagat draws its strengh from its diversity of landscape but also of heritage. Le Guilvinec is an important fishing harbour where coastal vessels unload their fresh catches daily . The quality of the farm produces with authentic flavour, and cultivate the traditional values in both their products and their welcome.


Folk festivals : "Fêtes des Brodeuses", at the beginning of July in Pont L’Abbé ; "Festival de Cornouaille" in Quimper : 8 days of festivities to celebrate the richness of the Breton culture...

The local gastronomy emphasizes the foods from the sea and land, including fresh shellfish on seaweed and crepes with cider
