A spacious, clean and beautifully presented 3 bedroom self catering house in the centre of Trearddur Bay. A short walk to the beach and sea front (approx. 5 minutes), this is the perfect location for families and couples.
The house has a lovely contained garden with fantastic views of Trearddur Bay and beyond. The interior is tastefully designed, providing a delightful and safe environment for the discerning holidaymaker.
Our objective is for our guests to relax and unwind in a tranquil environment in this breathtakingly beautiful coastal location. To this end, the property is equipped with all the essentials and much more to ensure your holiday is stress free and restful from the moment it begins.

The North Wales / Snowdonia / Anglesey region
The Isle of Anglesey hugs the coast of North Wales and boasts over 100 miles of spectacular coastline, within an area of outstanding natural beauty. Variety is Anglesey's special attraction, all of which is easily accessible from the house. Anglesey is unparalleled in its diversity of wildlife habitats, from the great sea cliffs to the estuaries, lagoons and dunes on the coast to the lakes, wetlands, heaths and richly mosaic farmland of the interior.
Trearddur Bay area
Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island which has a truly spectacular coastline indented with rocky coves and sandy beaches. The hundreds of rock pools and excellent bird watching facilities make the area a haven for nature lovers. Water sports, swimming, sailing, fishing, diving and sun bathing are the main activities during the summer months. There are two local stables which offer treks and a unique experience to explore this wonderful coastline on horse back. Golfers can enjoy the Holyhead 18 hole links golf course.
Trearddur Bay itself boasts shops, pubs, restaurants, a snooker hall, a 9 hole golf course and of course the beach. All amenities are within walking distance of the House; in particular both the Trearddur Bay Hotel and the Waterfront Restaurant are within a five minute walk! Nearby Holyhead also offers a wider range of amenities with its out of town shopping complex, ferry port with day trips to Eire (99 minutes on the fast ferry) and the Ucheldre Centre for those with an interest in local art and culture, which also boasts an excellent coffee shop in a lovely environment.

Further details indoors: GROUND FLOOR Lounge / Dining Room - An entrance way (with storage cupboard) leads to a large open plan and tastefully decorated lounge and dining area just off the kitchen; lots of space for children to play. The dining table seats six. TV with Freeview and DVD player are provided; the local Village Store has a DVD hire selection.
The kitchen is well equipped to the highest standard with electric oven, gas hob, Belfast sink, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer. All crockery and utensils provided.
FIRST FLOOR Master Bedroom - Light and fresh double bedroom decorated to provide a relaxing atmosphere at the end of the day. The room has a balcony and built in double wardrobe and most importantly, boasts fantastic views of the sea and farmland.
Second Bedroom - Spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and balcony.
Third Bedroom - Small bedroom with bunk bed (double bed below, single above).
Family Bathroom with modern, white suite, decorated to a high standard. There is an electric shower, separate corner bath, WC and sink with ample storage space for toiletries.
Further details outdoors: Garden and outside space is to the front and rear of the house. To the rear is a lovely grassed garden with large decking and a summer house at the bottom, all providing fantastic sea views and a place to relax. The rear garden is enclosed. The front garden consists of grassed areas and private parking for three cars on the hard driveway.
