About the home

Casterways is a comfortable holiday home set over 3 floors, there are 3 double bedrooms the master with en-suite, 1 small single plus a family bathroom with large whirlpool bath. The balcony off the master suite offers views across to the sea.

Trearddur Bay with its award winning blue flag beach, 2 Golf courses, diving facilities and launching for boats is a very popular holiday destination, with families returning year on year. There are many stunning coastal walks all on your doorstep.

Strictly no smoking on Balcony.

A 20% deposit is taken on booking, the balance due six weeks before arrival, at this time we also request a £200 security/good house keeping deposit which is returned within seven days of departure, after inspection.

Trearddur Bay beach 2mins walk

The North Wales / Anglesey region

Anglesey has a diverse and often spectacular coastline, ideal for scenic walks. There are numerous attractions on Anglesey all suitable for family visitors.

Anglesey offers many lovely bays Trearddur Bay being one of Anglesey's premier resorts, with it's golden sandy beach.

Nearby Rhosneigr has its own surf school, which books up quickly in the summer months so book early.
Why not book a day at Ty Croes motor racing track, or try out the motor carts at nearby Cart io Mon. Tre-Ysgawen Spa could add a touch of luxury with its many treatments on offer.

The Trearddur Bay area

Trearddur Bay combines cleanliness with space, an abundance of water sports including canoeing, sailing surfboarding and water skiing.

Trearddur Bay is a natural harbour with a gentle sloping sandy beach that is further enhanced by its variety of quality restaurants and excellent beach/watersport shops. Ideal for a spot of sea fishing be it by boat or from shore. Divers are well catered for with an excellent dive shop in Trearddur Bay.

There are more than a 100 wrecks to explore in the clear waters.

South Stack Cliffs and lighthouse is a must visit, with its spectacular cliff top site. The visitor centre has CCTV to view the nesting birds. In the summer months over 4,000 pairs of sea birds nest at South Stack including Puffins Guillimots and Razorbill's.

Holyhead just 3 kms from Trearddur Bay is a ferry port offering day trips to Ireland in under 2 hours, so don't forget your passport.

Bangor is ideal for a day's shopping with many trains a day its easily accessed.

By car take the A55 across the island ,at junction 2 signposted Trearddur Bay take left onto B4545 for approx 1 mile into Trearddur Bay. Pass Postoffice/Spar on the left, then approx 200yrd,s on left turn into Mariners Court.
Casterways is 2nd house on right.
