"Trearddur Sands" is a very large and spacious modern property which has been designed and presented to a very high specification. The furniture and decor is the finest quality by Marks and Spencer, Laura Ashley and John Lewis.
Trearddur Sands sits on the largest plot on this development boasting a very large outdoor space to take in the views over Trearddur bay the surrounding coastline & Snowdonia.
At the building stage of this luxury 5 bed property, we redesigned the ground floor layout to make this house unique, this provides a more spacious living area for our guests.
Set over three floors, the ground floor boasts a suite style room with a kingsize bed, en-suite & a walk in wardrobe/dressing room. There is also a nautical themed twin room ideal for children or adults.
Off the hallway is the new games room which includes a slate bed pool table, darts, 40" flat screen TV, dvd player and games console plug-in point. This is the perfect retreat for children and adults so the main living room can be used for quieter relaxation, watching movies or playing board games.
On this floor, there is also a separate utility room consisting of washing machine, dryer, sink and an additional fridge/freezer to cater for larger groups.
The first floor has a stunning, fully equipped kitchen/dining area & sun lounge with fabulous views over the bay as well as an impressive living room with outdoor terrace area for dining al-fresco. The top floor has a further three bedrooms & a family bathroom. The master bedroom with sea views, includes a dressing area and en-suite as well as a balcony overlooking the bay, perfect for morning coffee! There is another double room on this floor with views over the large landscaped garden and a beach themed twin - bedroom, with sea views ideal for children.
The rear garden is also a delight being terraced to take full advantage of the stunning views across the bay and the surrounding coastline. From the top terrace you can take in the mountains of Snowdonia and the Lleyn peninsula. The terrace adjacent to the house has been decked and with an Italian masonry BBQ its perfect for summer al fresco dining!

Trearddur Sands has,Private Parking for 5 cars & a Private landscaped rear garden, being terraced to take the full advantage of the stunning views across the bay & surrounding coastline, from the top terrace you can take in the mountains of Snowdonia & the Lleyn peninsula.
Conditions
A 20% deposit is required to secure Trearddur Sands, The balance is due eight weeks before arrival. At this time we request a separate cheque of £200 being the security/good housekeeping deposit which is only banked the week of arrival and will be refunded within five working days of departure subject to final inspection and inventory check.
Trearddur Sands is a non smoking property.

Anglesey has a spectacular & diverse coastline, most of which is classified as areas of outstanding natural beauty, excellent for scenic walks. Trearddur bay itself typifies this with its' golden sandy beach.
Undoubtedly one of Anglesey's premier beaches, Trearddur bay combines cleanliness with space. Depending on the time of the year, there is a vast amount of sand, with an abundance of water sports, including canoeing, sailing, surfboarding, and water skiing.
Situated just south of Holyhead on Holy Island, or Ynys Gybi, Trearddur bay is a natural harbour with a gently sloping, sandy beach that is further enhanced by its variety of quality restaurants & excellent beach shops.
An added attraction is that the weather around Trearddur bay is usually mild, as the sea is warmed by the Gulf Stream and the worst storms exhaust themselves on the mountains of Snowdonia, making it a great place for a family break.
The Trearddur Bay area
Trearddur Sands is within 300yrds of Trearddur Bay a blue flag beach. The area offers the standard of bathing water quality and beach management and is a fantastic for water sport enthusiasts - sheltered sandy bays, remote coves, calm and wild waters and smaller offshore islands are perfect for sailing surfing and canoeing. Superb for a spot of sea fishing from shore or boat.
There is an excellent dive shop in Trearddur Bay wih more than 100 wrecks to explore in the clean clear waters. Rhosneigr, just down the coast has it's own surf school which becomes quickly booked up in the summer months, so book early. Here you can sit on the long sweeping beaches and watch the many who try their hand at sand-yacht racing, wind and kite surfing. Book a day at the track and go motor racing at Ty Croes.
Worth a visit is South Stack Cliffs and lighthouse, This breathtaking clifftop site on Holy Island boasts walks, a visitor centre and CCTV to view nesting birds. In the summer months over 4,000 pairs of sea birds nest at South Stack cliffs including Puffins, Guillemots and Razorbills. There are more than 650 miles of footpaths spanning rugged coastal cliffs to ancient woodlands. There is a host of local shops, cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets Tesco & Morrisons are just five minutes away in the car as is a shopping outlet with many varied shops.
Holyhead to the north of the Island is just a 2 miles away with a Roman Fortress and a church dating back to the 14th century. Day trips to Ireland are within an hour and a half on the fast ferries, so don't forget to bring your passports. A new cinema complex is being developed in the area and bowling alley within a 5 minute drive.
You could indulge yourself at the Tre-Ysgawen Spa with a touch of luxury and many treatments on offer. Why not spend a full day shopping in Bangor.
