Dipped in a fantastic scenery, Villa Baglio Mare is set in Scopello, near the entrance of the Zingaro Reserve and the Village of Scopello. Villa Baglio Mare is an indipendent sea view cottage and is set inside of a beautiful villa with a garden of 5.000 square meters; you will live some unforgettable moments to the shelter from indiscreet looks.
From the house and the terrace, you can enjoy a wonderful breathtaking view of the Saracen Tower of the Tonnara and the gulf of Castellamare. The house is set near wonderful sea itineraries, such as the Tonnara ( 700 mt. ), the Natural Reserve of Zingaro ( 1.600 mt. ), the beaches of Mazzo of Sciacca ( 1.100 mt ) and Guidaloca ( 3.200 mt ). It's quiet and cool and is a good solution for a couple; the Village of Scopello is only 150 meters away and you can see it from the house or the garden.
Furthermore inside the property is also available an apartment with two double bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower.

The Sicily region
The light, unusual at anytime of day, is a characteristic trait of Sicily. The sun celebrates its triumph in a majestic sunset, always different in the gift of the spectrum of colours that light up the horizon on the sea and the seasons which change its direction. An excellent place to watch this triumph of colours is Mount Erice, in harmony both with the landscape. The wind together with the light is the other element which has influenced both the character of the Sicilian people.
Even today the mills are silent witnesses to salt cultivation, their profile silhouetted against the sea, rising up from the basins of the saltpans, dreamlike between the flashes and reflections of the light. The light, together with the space, seem capable of drawing out time, slowing it down and amplifying the spectrum. All of this, perhaps of no consequence to the ordinary holiday maker, does not escape the true and attentive traveller who loves immersing himself or herself in the reality of places through which he or she passes and through the people who live there. Light, wind, water and salt are the ingredients which have been kneaded into the Sicilian people, united with the sea and the nature.
Trapani / Scopello area
A paradise in the middle of the Mediterranean, Scopello presents splendid coast and marvellous shores, needles, creeks, caves and particular rocks. Scopello is a small village called Baglio where you can taste a typical local bread "pane cunzatu".
Scopello is also famous for the Zingaro Reserve; is a beautiful place for scuba divers where the tourist can enjoy the splendid sea which alternates from an intense blue to an emerald green in colour. Marvellous underwater experience rich in marine pant life offer the sea lover unforgettable sights. Scopello is a very quite place, it is recommended for young families or couples and also is set near important sights such as Erice, Segesta, Marsala, Egadi Island but also the airport of Palermo and Trapani.

Villa Baglio Mare will be available from 3.00pm on the Saturday and the departure on the Saturday at 10.00 am.
The price includes supply of set bed and bath linen ( for person), consume electric, gas and water, initial and final cleaning.
The distances are calculate with a speedometer
Extra: possibility to organize some boat excursions on the Zingaro Reserve and personal of the cleaning

"We fell in love with Scopello - it is so pretty and great for a week's stay. We thought it was well situated for exploring west Sicily and managed to make lots of day trips. It was also good for walking up the coast line. We would definitely come back to Scopello again for where it is situated, the views and the surprisingly good amenities for a little village. Villa Baglio Mare was very well situated. We liked walking in and out of the village in the evening, nice and romantic. In fact, we even got engaged in Scopello! We thought that Villa Baglio Mare was basic, but quite good value for money. The owners were quite loud - but I suppose that is the Sicilian way!"
