The villa, built in the early '60s, was recently renovated and used as a Bed & Breakfast, but it preserves its original architectural and structural features of great importance. The structure rises, in fact, on three floors, each with different characteristics and details which, taken together, harmonize the house making it unique. The ground floor, of rustic style, with special naval decorations, include a large breakfast room, a lobby and a kitchen on the first floor, all in vintage style. You also will find a quiet room and 2 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. All rooms include balconies . There is a large terrace where you can read a book and sip a glass of wine at sunset. The entire property is surrounded by a large garden and a parking, and it is located within the beautiful nature reserve islands of the Stagnone, where you can admire the beautiful "Egadi islands" (Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo), "the island Longa ", "the Schole"and the historic island of Mozia.

The territory of Marsala includes the Islands of the Lagoon Nature Reserve, where stands the island of Mozia, ancient city of the Phoenicians, who collects a valuable natural and historical archeology unique. A stretch of water, bordered by the open sea through the Big Island, with three small islands in it, Mozia, Santa Maria and Schola.

Shows offer the magical waters of the salt marshes with their windmills, when at sunset tinged with red and pink or salting tanks in the period between June and September when they appear white mounds of salt.

The Old Town

The ancient Lilybaeum keeps many archaeological sites, churches and palaces in a town center that shows the various dominations (Carthaginians, Romans, Arabs, Normans). It is here that Garibaldi landed with his Thousand towards the unification of Italy. The History

Wine production follows that of citrus fruits, olives, various fruits, which joins the greenhouse cultivation of vegetables and flowers, and salt in the salt.
