Villa entire restored 2 years ago, close with Castellammare del Golfo town, in a quite panoramic and comfortable area. the Villa it is distant 8 km to Guidaloca beach , 10 km to Scopello, 1,5 km from the city, 2,5 km from the Plaia beach, 6 km from Segestane termal centre, equidistant from the cities of Trapani and Palermo.Ideal place in order to spend a fantastic and relaxing holiday between sea, art, history, culture and enogastronomy. The price is reported to week for max six persons.

The Sicily region

Trapani / Castellammare del Golfo area

From here you can reach Trapani, meaningful centre among the most prestigious which the most famous teachers corallari, can purchase corals and cameos, as well as to admire the collection of the count Agostino Pepoli, guarded in the museum that he/she takes its name. Trapani becomes flushed of local markets, the market of the fish and the tuna, in whatever period of the year you can visit the sky museum open of the salt pans, entered today to belong to the patrimony of the natural reserves.

This property has a beautiful garden of around 2500 sqm with olive and lemon trees and on the panoramic terrace, there is a beautiful well which gives the name to the property and there is also an outside kitchen with a barbecue equipped with chairs. This esternal area offers the possibility to spend pleasant moments of relax enjoying a beautiful view of the valley and of the gulf.
The apartment extends in two levels :
on the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and TV SAT, a fully equipped kitchen ( 4 flames, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer), bathroom with shower; from a stair in the living room you can access to the first floor where there is a double bedroom (with the possibility of 2 single beds) with a bathroom (WC), another double room with a stone arch, a bedroom with a bunk bed.
The laundry room at disposal of the guests is in the garden.

This villa situated in a hill area to Castellamare del Golfo (TP) is located in a position with a beautiful view of the town and the gulf, immersed in a green area of olive at trees and of the countryside peacefulness.
Castellamare del Golfo (TP) is at around 1 Km and there you can find any type of shops, banks, chemists, postal office, hotels and restaurants ; the beach is at around 3 Km ( Playa beach), Guidaloca bay and the famous Tonnara of Scopello are at around 8 Km , S. Vito lo Capo is at 30 Km, Erice at around 35 Km, segestan termal centre and Segesta respectively at 6 and 15 Km, Trapani is at 40 Km, Palermo is at around 50 Km.

Villagiglio is a very comfortable, clean, pretty and well-appointed villa in a quiet but convenient location, with fabulous views from the sunny terrace across the bay of Castellammare. The friendly owners made us feel very welcome, with useful information about the local area and a basket full of fruit, wine and other produce on our arrival. The villa is good value for money, but do make sure you pay attention to the 'extras' listed in the small print of the rental agreement. I hadn't, so the 80 Euros' cleaning charge came as a bit of a na sty surprise at the end of the week! vote: 5/5

"We stayed at this beautiful villa for a week. It is set on a hill over-looking small vineyards and the sea. The villa is beautifully decorated and feels very homely. It has a lovely outdoor area where we could relax and eat outside. It is very clean and stocks everything you would need for a self catering holiday. The owner was extremely kind and made us feel very welcome. The village of Castellammare del Golfo is a lovely Sicilian town and comes alive in the evening when all the locals come out to eat and enjoy a few drinks. It was truly a fantastic experience and I would recommend it to anyone!" vote: 5/5

Das Haus hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den Golf von Castellammare und ist für ein Ferienhaus mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, einschließlich einer Waschmaschine. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt und die abendlichen Stunden auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war einwandfrei und die gesamte Abwicklung funktionierte reibungslos. Noch einmal vielen Dank hierfür. Castellammare bietet sich auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im westlichen Sizilien an, nach Selinute, Trapani oder Palermo sind es nicht einmal 60 Minuten mit dem Auto."
