Home description

Following a path bordered by multi-coloured oleanders, you will get to the main entrance of this beautiful aristocratic estate. At the back of the garden, immersed in the vegetation, is a crenulated Tower, a charming annexe with a dining/living area complete with cooking facilities, an alcove with a double bed, a bathroom, and outside, a terrace with barbecue for alfresco dining. Opposite the Tower is the newly self-contained Foresteria with living room, corner kitchen, one twin with en-suite bathroom, one bright single room, one bathroom with tub and a lovely double bedroom. Entering the Main House, you will have the stylish living room and two dining rooms, all furnished with antiques, an elegant bathroom with tub and the stairs that will lead you to your rooms on the first floor: here a large, bright double bedroom with a small terrace overlooking the sea, a charming, colourful twin bedroom which looks over the extensive garden and an elegant bathroom with tub.

Villa Badia is situated in the territory of Marsala, 2km from the historic town centre. The road, Via Badia, which takes its name from one of the hundred districts of Marsala is renowned for the greenness and tranquillity of its position, and long just 300 metres leads onto the main Trapani-Marsala road, SS 115, making the historic town centre within reach, also by public transport. In the district, within a few hundred metres, there are tennis courts, local shops and restaurants.

The Main House has a B&B use only and guests will share the common areas with the owner.
Breakfast will be served by the staff either in the shade of the porch, or in the dining rooms.
Access to the saloons will be reserved to whom bookings the Main House or the whole property, however for guests booking only the Tower and/or the Foresteria, the owner will be glad to be joined for an aperitif.

Conditions

Villa Badia is a soloSicily property - a 30% deposit is required in order to secure your booking. Full balance due 60 days before arrival date.

Rental rates

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
You can combine the 3 properties for example: Main House + Foresteria or Foresteria + Tower etc. or reserve the exclusive use of the whole estate.

Cleaning, electricity, heating and breakfast included in the rental price.
