Villa Tuya is a lovely small villa built recently and located in the residential area of Selinunte. The village is just 2.5km away with its large archeological park (the largest in Europe), bars, restaurants and shops. The nearest town is Castelvetrano approximately 8km away.
Particularly pleasant are the external areas of the house with trees in the front and a swimming pool surround by Mediterranea plants at the back.
Inside the decor is simple and functional. The house is fully air conditioned and facilities incluse Satellite TV and washing machine.
3-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels.
On the ground floor, simple and practical furnishings: large living room with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace and satellite-TV, Kitchen, Shower/WC.
Upper floor: 1 room 60 m2, with sloping ceilings, with 4 beds, Shower/WC. Air-conditioning (included). The attic ceiling is 2 m high in the middle and 0.7 m at the sides.
Private: garden, swimming pool (12 X 6 open: 14.05.2010 - 25.09.2010), garden furniture.
