Villa Allegra is between Scopello and the Riserva dello Zingaro, only 100m from the sea of one of the most beautiful bays of the area. Its position and the fabulous panoramic view make it ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
The villa consists of two independent apartments: the one on the ground floor is used by a couple (owner's relatives) while the upper floor apartment is available for rent. This apartment has independent entrance and a large outside space reserved for the guests with barbeque.
The apartment is 120sqm and consists of a spacious living room with fireplace and dining table, kitchen, two double-bedded rooms (one with en suite bathroom with shower), one twin bedroom, another bathroom with shower. TV, washing machine.

The Sicily region
