The villa is an independent structure with access to the beach. It is built up on two levels: on the first floor there is a wide and comfortable open plan living room with sofa bed. Furthermore on the ground floor there is one double queen size room and bathroom with shower.
On the top floor there are another two queen bedded bedrooms and a further bathroom with shower. The house is surrounded by a wide veranda with outdoor furniture, external showers, barbeque and laundry room.
Villa del Gabbiano is equipped with air-conditioning, heating and alarm system, washing machine, and TV. By the end of March 2007 there will be constructed a swimming pool.

Trapani / Scopello area
Food and wine from this region are a gourmet’s delight. With the prolific Mediterranean on its doorstep, fish is inevitably the number one choice, although there are many delicious varieties of local pasta. Within the village of Scopello lie a wonderful restaurant, cafes and a few local shops. Easily reached is an organic market where fresh produce is picked hourly from the surrounding fields.
It would also be a great injustice not to mention the ‘Tonnara’, a disused Tuna fishery with its now infamous sea views and the ‘Lo Zingaro’ National Park; a seven kilometre long line of magnificent inlets, grottoes, low reefs and fantastic sandy coves.
