The villa with private garden of 100s.m. is located in a very quiet place with a private road.The villa about 95 square metres is a luxury a central place ideal base for escursion in west Sicily.The villa has in double level.Upstairs there is the night zone with 2 rooms.One has the double bed with a little window you can see all the gulf and rocks of "Scopello" and the wild "Zingaro Natural Park".The other bedroom has 2 single beds that could be as one double.The house is new only 4 years old and well furnished. A wood table for inside and a plastic table for garden where you can have dinner.There is also a water heater 50 L., Tv SAT, washing machine, DVD, Stereo Mp/3,hairdryer, a large kitchen with microwave, 2 sofa', Barbecoe, 4 sun-beds, 2 deck-chairs and so on......All the furnishiment is new.There is a car place inside garden.A little market at only 300 metres and a good restaurant too.You are at only 8 Km from Temple of Segesta with a termal pool, 4 km from splendid sand beaches of Castellammare, 4 Km from the fantastic " Zingaro Park", 30 Km from tropical beach of San Vito with its white sands, 8 Km from Medieval Alcamo with its baroc churches style,50 km from Erice, Trapani and the 3 Egadi Islands, 55Km from Palermo and gorgeous Duomo of Monreale, 45Km from archeological park of Selinunte, 60 Km from Mazara with its Casbah, etc. etc.

The Sicily region

Sicily is fantastic island full of History and archeological sites for the many invasions.The weather is temperate.From april to late october temperature range from 20 c° to 33 c°.Best period to come and visit is from May to July or from Sept to October.Place of interest to visit are Zingaro Park, Segesta with termal pool, San Vito lo Capo, the historical Erice, Trapani, Saline di Trapani with the salt museum, Marsala and Mothia Island, Egadi Islands, Marsala for famous wine, Ustica island, Palermo, Monreale, Cefalù, Selinunte and Temple's valley of Agrigento.

Trapani / Scopello area

Castellammare was a fishing town now is a touristic town with a lot of attractions.Every year on 19 August take place the show about the "Madonna del Soccorso" that protects the town.The show is in the port and all the people of the city is involved in the show.More then 2.000 people.It's a very spectacural show with fire games in the final. Good night life in the port with various pubs for youngs.There are a lot of fish restaurants where you can taste fresh fish with no high-prices.You can also buy a fresh fish directly from the boats in the port when they come back in mornings about 8 a.m.
There are also a lot of good Pizzerias and sea-food Restaurants.In Castellammare you can also taste the local dish Kous-Kous with fish that is a speciality od Trapani area.

How to get there

It's very easy. Fly to Palermo. Castellammare is just 25 Km from the airport.
Cheap flights available by Ryan air and Easyjet.
From Trapani airport is at only 75 Km.Cars to rent in airport agencies.
Car hire available by the best international rent companies at Palermo's airport or in Castellammare city by local agencies.
Train from airport to Palermo.
All the time Taxi service available from airport.

The furnishiment is new.Has only 1 year.There is a comfotable bathroom with a large shower.The kitchen is very large. There are 2 sofà ,one is leather.There are 2 tables, one for inner dinner other for outside and garden.In the garden there is also a very big umbrella for the sun.There are 4 sun-beds and 2 deck-chairs.
The villa is located in a dead end private road, in very luxury contest.You have a Satellite Tv with more then 250 free to air channels and a DVD.There is also a Radio CD player .

Further details

The price doesn't include weekly final cleaning & change sheets and towels at the cost of 40€ for all house.
To book villa it is necessary make me a deposit not refundable of 30% of the total rental price in my bank account.
The rest 70% will be paid to me cash when I 'll give the keys of villa.
IMPORTANT NOTICE :The stays from June-July-August-September go from Saturday to Saturday.
A caution of 100€ refundable is required.

Conditions

Pets not allowed.
No smokers permitted inside.
Not suitable for wheelchair users.
Minimum stay 1 week.
